Friendly staff /clean rooms/great breakfast only thing coffee machine every brand was very dark wasn't good most guess was complaining about the coffee ☕ it was nasty all brand other than that great stay great price safety was my concern for my family overall 💯 no problems very quiet hotel. Everything was nice

It was so nice. Clean, comfortable. It was amazing.

The housekeeping staff knocking on my door at 11am until I woke up and answered. I paid for 2 days and needed the sleep after being up for 2 days prior. They said they needed me to sign a paper saying I didn't need anything. That aggravated me. Oh, and the fridge barely got cold.

Location was OK, access to the hotel is difficult to find, have to go half the way around the block then drive down an access alley marked by small signs

Mistakes in billing, on prepaid bills. Finding used feminine products on the floor and the seats to the dining area chairs were missing screws and my wife fel through it

We like Forrest City, finding it a friendly town. We'd read about problems at some motels, so we chose with care -- we're glad we stayed at the Quality Inn. In a good location, nice plantings, felt secure (I'm told they don't rent to locals), and it had all the good amenities you expect from this chain. It's a genuine motel (park in front of your room) and it's only about 100 yards from the Ole Sawmill Cafe -- a splendid country-cooking buffet which is one of the things that bring us to Forrest City. Highly recommended.

Property was clean and pretty much quit and calm. Breakfast was definitely a plus for me and my daughter especially!

My room had a broken top lock and was a little skeptical at first especially since it was hit me and my daughter but the bottom lock was just fine

Very nice young lady at check in and departure Bed and bedding and bath towels good quality. Obvious renovation. Pleasant overnight stay

To the owners: add a couple of containers of geraniums to sparkle the front entrance.

The rooms we had were very clean. It was quiet, and the ac worked well. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing. I left my stuffed panda bear that I've slept with for 14 years (especially while my husband was away during his military career) and they have found it and are shipping it to me!

Front desk great. Room clean. Outside could be cleaned up a bunch.

Breakfast was horrible. No coffee, juice. Sausage looked raw. Eggs looked fake. We did not eat there.

Coffee machine wasn’t working!! Odor of smoking in room-tried to cover it up with excessive floral fragrance, which only made it worse.

The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable I do want to say thank you to Betty Reyes and the House Keeping Staff. I left my phone at the hotel when we checked out and didn't realize it until we were 3 hours out I called and Betty already had my phone she mailed it out Thursday and I received it today Saturday the 4th Betty was very kind and reassuring Betty thank you so much

Something that was used to clean the room made it a little hard for my husband to breathe he is on oxygen other then that everything was great
