Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. This is a nice hotel close to highway that allows pets. Much nicer than the one we used to use in Little Rock for the past 10 years. This is our new halfway home when we're traveling. Easy check in and check out. Coffee bar at breakfast is pretty amazing.

Night staff was very cold. Gave info like rattling through a checklist but no kindness in eyes or tone. We just went through a very stressful last few days - a little smile would have gone a long way. Housekeeping gentleman was very nice and conversed with me about my dog while I waited for the elevator. Wish breakfast went past 9am. Day staff was friendly.

Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower very convenient. Plenty of parking in adjoining lot for RV or towed trailer...which is what I had. Decent morning breakfast...standard fare. Despite proximity to the interstate...very quiet; never heard anything. Gas station next door made getting on the road early an easy task.

Main lobby had a funky smell...like someone went WAY overboard on using deodorizer or cleaning agents; very smelly. Second floor hallway not much better. Room itself had a slight odor, but fortunately not as bad. Don't eat at famous fast-food establishment directly across the street: worst service I've EVER experienced in my life! Shift manager on duty was extremely rude.

The location was great. And Dereck the front desk guy was wonderful friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good fresh with variety. Room was clean.

Beds had metal frame was noise when you moved around. Also, I miss it was pet friendly or I would not have stayed there. We heard dogs barking in night and your guest brought them into kitchen area in mornings. Only service animals in my option should ever be in these areas.

Everything was exceptional

We experienced in issue that, I believe, that had nothing to do with the management or personal of the property. I also was thankful for the manager on site when we checked out. She was very professional. Because of what happened we decided to change our reservation to another Best Western Hotels were on our return trip.

We had a clean pet friendly room. Small green area for pets, but plenty of room to walk. Breakfast had something for everyone-hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit (even blueberries) juices.

Outside landscaping could use a bit of maintenance. The walls don’t block much sound, but guests were quiet so no problem.

Location was great; however, my GPS wasn't very clear. When I searched for the location directions, it came back with D D rather than Dee Dee. I needed to leave early and was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was already there so I could grab a bite before pulling out at 6 a.m.

Quiet room. Very kind staff. We asked for quiet room, so she gave us this room. Perfect breakfast, even esspresso, three types of fruit, Very tasty juices. Very good stay for this price. I recomend .

Good place to stay. Staff was friendly...check in easy. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Appreciated the fridge in the room to store items from our cooler. Room was clean. I noticed the bath towels were getting alittle on the thin side but they were adequate. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods. Would stay again.

Dog friendly, but you wouldn’t know it by the condition of the place. Very clean, good smell.

You can’t do anything about this, but just a little grassy area to walk your dog would be nice. That does not take away from the excellent rating.

When I entered the lobby the first thing I noticed was it smelled so good. sounds odd. but you could tell it was clean and welcoming. the front desk staff was friendly and informative. Traveling cross country for the past week this is the 5th hotel we’ve stayed in and by far our favorite. Breakfast was good and we loved the Nescafé coffee machine the Beds were comfortable. can’t complain about one thing.
