The room was spacious and clean. Cool air. Great location. Pool was super clean and the water temperature was perfect.

Breakfast was ok. Only cold items except waffles. No eggs, bacon, or oatmeal. The last step going into pool was same color as the bottom of the pool. The other steps were white. You didn't know until it was too late. Watch your step. The bath tub was slick when taking a shower. Needs a mat or nonskid layer.

Location was perfect. We were able to walk to Marketplace 2 and shop! We didn’t eat at LaTerraza but it has always been really good and pretty much connects.

Our bathroom fan barely worked, the bathroom door lock didn’t work, the safety lock was broken off, the room smelled like stale smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

It's a awesome motel ,very friendly and the rooms were clean, I am definitely going to stay at this hotel again,the breakfast was good and I love how some of the restaurants were close, the pool was clean and fun

We had an issue but Daniel solved the problem and was EXCELLENT. The rest of the staff were very kind and friendly. Service was EXCELLENT. Well worth the money!

Really was not handicapped accessible. My son is handicapped and he could not walk his walker in. After riding for awhile it was hard for him to walk in without help.

The level of comfort that was providing and the pricing of the room(s).

There was a slight mishap with the room assignment; but the desk clerk was great at rectifying the situation.
