Ms. Kathy makes me breakfast exceptional. In the main reason we come. The guests can tell when she is there because the bacon is crispy and all the containers are full of delicious foods. Ms. Joy does a wonderful job of greeting people at the front desk. She is cordial and approachable in case of a need that you may have at the hotel. Our room was clean with full fluffy comfy comforters on top. Nice big windows with kind guest. Praise the Lord. God is good.

My card was pulled to see if money was in my bank hours before my arrival time was due. Therefore, I did not have time to cash in my account before they checked it. Thankfully, I don’t think my bank will charge me an overdraft fee. Normally, the hotel doesn’t pull or check my bank 🏦 account until I get there in person. Lastly, sometimes it’s hard to reach them over the phone before you get there. God is good.

The staff was incredible. We had a room issue late one night that was not the fault of the hotel. However, the gentlemen working overnight, Gray, went above and beyond to resolve the issue to help us not have to change rooms. I was extremly grateful for his service and care while taking care of the issue. The location is in a great spot in Searcy, just a short drive from Harding University. The fitness center was nice. However, there is a Planet Fitness about a one minute walk away. We plan to stay here over the next several years when attending events at Harding.

The air conditioner is set on a sensor for movement. When we returned for the day, the room was warm at 72. This wasnt a huge issue until it did the same thing during the night making the room warm while trying to sleep. The smoke alarm battery died which is what caused the room issue at 12:30a. But staff member Gray took great care in resolving the issue. The queen bed wasnt very comfortable.

Front desk staff were very polite and efficient. The lady who checked us in was older than 25 years old, had manners and told us up front that if our room didn't have towels to call down. They had run short but were delivering them as soon as they had them. I had asked if bacon would be served at breakfast and was told that tomorrow it would be sausage links, and that bacon was served on Tuesdays. Not a problem, but the staff knew the answer. Which is great.

Parking was crowded due to a birthday party taking place in a meeting room.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Smiled, made eye contact, and was very informative. The room was very clean, no weird smells. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, linens on the beds were clean. I was beyond pleased with our stay. We only stayed one night on our way back home from vacation. I wish we could have found a hotel of this quality where we had stayed fo on vacation.

Room was really nice. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good. I liked the breakfast hours being extended like it was.

The parking!!! The access to the room!!! They had a door to enter on the side from the far-off parking. However, no steps directly to the door.. you had to go all the way around to the end of the building to get to steps to then walk all the way back to the door.. then you either have to walk up flights of stairs to your room or then walk all the way back to the front of the building to get to the elevator. Was way way too much waking to get from car to room. Very difficult. So thankful for door dash.. the treck to the car to go get food was not worth it.

I will be honest. The Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds i have stayed in. When we arrived, the staff greeted us by name when we walked in the door. We were a late check in, so that was very nice. They were also very helpful and kind. We were tired and they were outstanding.

I asked for a quiet area and they gave me that. Front desk was very friendly and professional. I wasn't aware my room was actually like a suite so I was very surprised when I walked in. Bedroom was separate, beds were comfortable and clean. I slept very well. I recommend staying here. Very nice room with space for the price.

Shower curtain had makeup on it and a few loose hairs. Hallway to room needed the carpet vacuumed pretty badly.

Parth was amazing. I had a bad day traveling and was just ready to get to bed for an early morning. He stopped at nothing to make sure we were taken care of. He was extremely pleasant and even had some rude guests I observed him handle tremendously!

It’s Searcy- not your fault

The staff really went above and beyond what was expected, especially during the holiday! They were always polite and greeted us with a smile as we came and went throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and continually made sure all the food being served was still available during the entire time breakfast was offered; they didn't stop refilling food 30-45 minutes before breakfast was over like many places do.

Nothing negative of note!

the executive king suite was really big, the bed was WONDERFUL!! Breakfast was nice, love the Dove products, and the make up wipes were great.

the pool was not open, not clean (green), the shower needs a better cleaning, carpet needs to be cleaned better. should have given clients a discount for the pool not being open.
