Location was ideal. Room remodel is great. Had a quiet stay.

Customer service was lacking. Couldn't pay online, then would not accept credit card of person who booked if not present. Bedding was stained.

Bed was very comfy, room spacious, smelled fresh upon arrival & it was very clean. Definitely would return if traveling back through this way, great secluded spot off the highway. Pet friendly for a small $15 fee.

They have discontinued breakfast and the cleaning crew was very heavy-handed in using fabric refresher to the point of the smell being overpowering. They also got it all over my cpap machine causing an allergic reaction

There wasn't any breakfast or a place close by as saying in walking distance but a good breakfast would have made it even better.

No breakfast. Also we should have a discount for the ones who stay multiple nights as in a week or a month and also have discounts if we the customer have booked there over 5 times and over 10 nights we should get a free room.

The refrigerator had no freezer. The pillows were hard. There was no breakfast even though it was advertised as such.

Room was very clean. Smelled good when entering. Room was cleaned every day.

Not a big deal, but would have been nice if breakfast foods were restocked more often. It was pretty busy though.

The room was clean and had the basics for a short stay. Was in a prime location if you are visiting Warren, Ark. Don't pass this little spot up.

The hotel is a bit dated but not show stopper.

We are in the middle of moving to Warren. We have stayed here multiple times and never have had any issues. We would recommend this location to anyone. Clean, quiet, easy parking, and a great staff
