We were meeting relatives from Louisiana for the weekend. Sam and his wife made our stay so special. Our rooms were right next to each other. The motel was so clean! They had the AC on. The bed was clean and comfortable. Big fluffy pillows. The floors were clean. The room even smelled clean. Everything worked in the room. I was very impressed with everything! They had a list of local restaurants and we did have breakfast at one right around the corner. A lot of love has been put into this motel. I highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Warren, Arkansas.

There was nothing I disliked, except that we could not stay longer!

The place was very clean, and the staff were amazing. We were supposed to arrive around 830pm but we were stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until 1145pm. We called the motel and they were very accommodating and waited for us to arrive. We were so grateful because we had been driving for over 15 hours and we were afraid we would have to sleep in our car since there is only two motels in the city. In the morning we were greeted by staff who were professional and polite. We are definitely planning on staying here again the next time we go to this city.

No swimming pool

The office staff was very courteous and helpful. I requested a firm pillow for my room and it was bought to the room right away. I would definitely recommend this property.

I can't think of anything that was wrong with the room. For the price paid it was definitely with the stay.

Our room was super clean, the desk manager was welcoming and friendly. Great WiFi. The bed and pillows were great.

These are very minor, but the breakfast was meager and the rooms are very small (at least our room was).

There is no breakfast here. The rooms are old but clean. It is an economical place to stay. Lady there is really nice.

In the smaller rooms, the toilet is in the way of shower. In the nicer larger rooms, the lavatory is in way of the toilet.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Very reasonably priced!

The room was small and room air conditioning loud. Breakfast was only prepackaged sweets.

It’s an ideal location. There are great restaurants located in walking distance, antique stores. It was wonderful staying there.

parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. they do have an overflow to park in if needed.
