It was an attractive building with a great bed and plenty of room.

The commons areas needed a good scrubbing. The back entrance which we were directed to enter to access our room had a trash can that was filthy and surrounded with lots of gross spills and a very dirty door with a glass window that badly needed washing. The carpet in our room was totally stained though the linens and surfaces were clean. The bathroom had wallpaper patched and botched behind the door. We noticed that this hotel seemed to have clientele who are wearing work shoes fresh off a job site and that could probably account for the carpet stains in the room and a general need for the hallways to be shampooed. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast area pleasant. I understand that these are all general wear and tear matters that don’t reflect on hotel staff at all.

I love the bed, I sleep better there than anywhere. I love how spacious the room is and having the couch in it. The staff is ALWAYS super nice and helpful. Front desk to the maids. I was happy that the ice machine was working this time. :-)

the trash cans outside could stand to be emptied more, they are overflowing a lot and stink.

The room was very large for this class of hotel. Bed was comfortable. TV worked well, and I could cast to it. Breakfast was decent. It was nice that it had a pool -- kids seemed to enjoy it.

Tub/tap needs replacing. Water pressure in the shower was very low, though in the sink it was high, and the tub tap dripped after I shut it off.

This hotel was wonderful. Great bed, linen high quality and super comfortable. Spacious room with everything we needed. It far exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for sure

The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. There are quite a few channels offered on cable. Everyone that I interacted with was cheerful and helpful.

I'm not crazy about the heavy "mini" pillows on the bed. The bathroom could have been better maintained. The plunger that diverts the water from the tub spout to the shower head did not work. It automatically went to the shower head. Also, the mouldings that went around the bathroom door could have been better maintained where they met the bathroom floor.

I liked the 24 hr front desk as well as complimentary breakfast.

The room we stayed need a little bit of repair. The bathrooms wall paper was peeling in various spots. Other than that bed was super comfortable and ac worked perfect.

Large, comfortable, nice furniture and good size shower. Liked that they had breakfast in the morning. Great quality food.

Not enough time to enjoy it since we had to leave early the next day.

The staff, very friendly and accommodating, the facility, clean and in good shape and the breakfast was good.

The coffee in the room was not good and those pots are a nuisance, leaking and what you. The coffee in the breakfast room was nice to have during the day as well, but it tasted like instant and not a big fan of that but it got me started with my day.

Stayed twice at location, about a 10 days apart. Great stop off point from LA to Arizona. Plenty of eateries close to hotel. Hotel clean and tidy. Our family room had all we need. On 2nd visit staff very helpful with a room change because aircon not copying with extremely outside heat (112°F).

Breakfast on 1st visit was a let down for me....juice/drinks machine not working (fixed on 2nd visit). Certain food items had run out and were waiting topping up. Can I say the staff member was trying his best, just rushed off his feet. On my 2nd visit breakfast was a pleasurable experience.

The room was really really comfortable with the living room and fridge, ice machine, big parking lot. The breakfast really surprised me with the variety of options. Most places keep it very simple but this hotel had eggs and fruit, waffles, yogurt etc. Check in/out was easy and in general it exceeded my expectations.
