I had problems with my cell phone and arrived in LA without the housing information, and my concern turned into relief with the excellent service via WhatsApp. Sam solved my problems and arranged everything for me. The housing is new, clean and very organized. The kitchen is excellent and the rooms very confortable and for me the big difference is the guaranteed garage for 2 cars in an area where parking is difficult. Perfect.

Space was extra large and comfortable! It was really clean, we are serious about cleaning and this property was extremely clean. The location was central to explore city and we never had any security issues which is extremely important for my family. Would stay again! Free private parking under house was HUGE bonus!

The overall experience was great! Way better than a hotel. Got to cook breakfast and dinner like I was at home. Slept like a king, and my children loved the balcony. Only 14 mins from "the alley" and 30 from the beach. Definitely will be returning.
The only thing I didn't like was , it was so perfect that my daughter didn't want to go home. 🙂

It was modern, clean, had lots of space and a garage. Sam, the host, managed to be present even though he was on the other side of the globe. Every interesting spot of the city was 20 to 30 min away by car, that's definitely a sweet spot in a city as big as LA!
Nowhere to go by foot from there. You're pretty much forced to have a car - but that's true for the whole city.

Very clean and spacious. The instructions sent before were very clear. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We really liked staying there!
The gate for the parking space is very narrow. It may be tricky to park depending on the size of the car.

Great apartment. Really spacious and big bedrooms and open living area. The apartment had a garage and we could comfortably fit our SUV in. Location was pretty central and everything was around a 20 minute drive. There’s a target 15 min walk away so that was good.
Location area was a little sketchy.

The area wasn’t the best but I love the fact that it had stores nearby . Rather it was shopping for groceries, clothes etc… everything was in close distance.
They were only 2 tv’s throughout the house.
