Excellent location, clean rooms, walk to lift, very convenient.

Parking is far from rooms, and due to bears one has to carry all food/coolers/scented items inside rooms. Temporary parking is available to load/unload, so not a big deal.

Comfortable room in lovely hotel at the base of the ski mountain. Easy parking. Beautiful lobby. Great, very hot hot tub and nice pool.

Don’t forget about the resort fee! Had to walk a bit from our building to the hot tub. Carpets were a little worn down but it was still charming.

The suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The pool and spas were great with Mountain View’s. The full kitchen was excellent and the beds were comfortable. There were lots of activities that we didn’t utilize but looked fun…ski lift up the mountain, ropes and climbing…

The hotel itself is a little dated. We also did not have a good experience with the pricey and underwhelming restaurant food on site and the hotel is further from the town center than I realized so no restaurants from town would deliver. For that reason we left early to go into town for breakfast because we did not want to eat at the hotel restaurant again. We would have preferred staying to enjoy the ski lift and other activities. If staying again I would buy food in town and cook our own meals in the suite kitchen.

Very friendly staff especially in the bar view from there was awesome 😎 Ate first night it was lovely. Having a fridge & drink making facilities. Place felt old & a little tired but added to the atmosphere

The restaurant/bar is really nice to look out at the mountain after a day on the slopes. Easy access to The Yodler for apres.

Microwave in the room would have been helpful.

We ended up paying to upgrade to a condo which had a full kitchen/dining/living and two bedrooms - one with ensuite, and a full bathroom separate. This room was fantastic!

It's about a 10-15 minute drive out of town which was difficult to tell on Google Maps. Perfect if it was ski season though!

Right in front of the ski slopes of Mount Mammoth. 4 miles away from the business district. so it was quiet. 1 mile south of minerat vista station which houses rainbow falls and devils postpile

Absolutely fantastic location!!! I had asked for a room upstairs and facing the mountain.....and they delivered! I could watch skiiers from my window and lay back in bed and gaze at the snow covered mountain.....this was it for me!!! So inspiring!!! All the staff were great! Helping me to get the room I wanted and having a bell man carry all my bags to my room when I was exhausted from being at 9,000 ft...not used to that altitude! Comfy bed and wonderful room! Love Mammoth Mountain Inn and can't wait to return in the winter!!!
