Location was great. The motel itself was in a great location. It was clean unfortunately. They're doing work on this place right now and first thing in the morning there was a five-man crew that started banging and hammering and making all sorts of noise. I didn't have a blanket. The bed did not come with a blanket. I could not find a remote for the TV and the bathroom light did not work the whole time. I was there until about an hour before I left. So other than that it was a great motel. It really was. Location was great. It was clean. They remodeled it all good but it's just quite not there yet. They said it was a coffee maker in the room. There was no coffee maker. Luckily I brought my own so that wasn't a problem. There was no refrigerator as they said there was a microwave. There was a TV but I didn't have the remote for the TV and I didn't bring anything to cook in the microwave so it didn't help me. But overall scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a seven for my happiness

I already mentioned what I didn't like in the message above but I'll go over it again. Five-man crew showed up first thing in the morning. Making way way way too much noise for a motel. They should not be doing that till at least 10:00. They started at 6:30 in the morning. I didn't have a blanket for the bed by the time I realized it was too late about 1:00 in the morning so I just sleep without a blanket. I woke up freezing but they did have a brand new heater so that took care of that. They did not have a remote for the TV. They didn't have a light in the bathroom that worked for some reason it was out all night so I had to take a shower in the dark

For the event we were attending, the location was good. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants close by, everything priced within our limited budgets - it was all very affordable. I really appreciated the upgrades to the motel, too. Newly tiled shower, new fittings in the bathroom, nice flat screen, WiFi that was more reliable than some of the big hotels I've been in. I would stay here again.

My room smelled a bit like weed when I first got there, but I used the A/C fan and got rid of that. Also, there was a car lot nearby that had a loudspeaker telling people who trespassed they were on CCTV (or something like that) and to leave the premises. That was at night and a bit loud. It was annoying, but I was so wiped out from the event that I slept through it anyway.

This is a great place, for the price, it’s a good deal location wise, the property is clean, the rooms are spacious, the rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is friendly especially the gentlemen in the front office that checks you in..

Not much to comment on but it would be nice if the bathrooms would have a set of wash cloths and another set of hand towels to go along with the set of bath towels.

I truly appreciate the comfort of the community. As soon as you open the door, we have the most amazing view of the San Gabriel Mountain, mount Zion. Refreshing my soul and uplift my spirit to full compacity!

May I suggest a lite breakfast. Say, front lobby. Coffee and muffins with fruit. And of course, water. We could create a reading of community suggestions'... We could recommend building the gap. Be encouraged.

The staff was wonderful and the location was close to amenities and services. The room was large and had a separate bathroom and a separate kitchen area with a nice size mini fridge , a coffee maker and a sink to wash dishes This was one of the best one-two star hotels I've ever had my disabled daughter stay at. I highly recommend this hotel and would have my daughter stay there again

Convenient, great value for money. Would stay again in a future visit to the area. Staff was very helpful. Great bed and bathroom. The area is great and it's across the street of an Amazon Fresh!

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped. The room I staked in is on the side of the street, hence wasn't that quiet, so if you have light sleep better ask for a room on the interior.

The price and location make this a great place to stay when you want to save money yet still be close to the rose bowl. There are also plenty of options for food/drink in the area. Also, far more quiet than I expected.

Water pressure and the lack thereof.

Staff was really nice and patient. They were always there to open the gate when needed. We weren’t there for most of the time other than to sleep but we felt safe while being there.

The TV didn’t really work but since we didn’t use it we didn’t say anything. I’m sure the staff would have fixed it as soon as we told them.
