I had an amazing experience at Springhill suites. During my stay, I encountered an unexpected issue with my car tire—its pressure was too low, and since it was a Sunday, all nearby service centers were closed. I was really worried about my trip to Death Valley. I reached out to the hotel front desk, and to my surprise, the staff went above and beyond to help me. Mike personally took me to a nearby gas station and even assisted in checking and refilling the tire pressure. Their kindness and willingness to help truly saved the day and made my trip worry-free. I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfortable stay but for the outstanding hospitality they provide. Thank you once again to the wonderful team at springhill suite! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

price is high, compared to the 4 other hotels immediately surrounding yours. Some rooms do not have the sheer curtains on the windows, and I asked for 2 days if we could have a pair so we could enjoy light in the room during the day, as we were on the ground floor. the second evening, the manager asked if we wanted to move to a different room so we did. sheers are important, especially on the ground floor, remodeling or not. thank you for your help!!

Our family needed a travel break from our drive to San Diego. I was so thankful this hotel had very nicely laid out rooms with comfortable furnishings. They even had two closets! I love that there was a dividing wall from the living room and the bedrooms, it made staying with our kids in the same room totally possible. The pool was small but so refreshing in the heat of the desert. Our family enjoyed it. I love that they had complimentary drinks and fruit in the lobby, not just at breakfast. Most places trying to nickel and dime you, but I think Springhill went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.

Fairly close to sequoia national park and good midway point to Death Valley. Had a king suite. Very clean and roomy. Liked that the fridge has freezer component. The vanity sink plug was not working but I was only there 1 night and too tired to ask to switch rooms so I didn’t say anything.

The breakfast was pleasantly better than I expected. The staff was very nice.

The refrigerator didn’t work well. I couldn’t get on the WiFi. There was a cricket in my bathroom sink.

The property is lovely

I paid way too much. I swear I asked for two rooms for 3 nights. Instead I got one room and was charged about $260 a night. That is outrageous and it would have been fine for 2 rooms. What the heck?

Breakfast was good. Beds was comfortable. Rooms was clean and cold .

The races front desk associate was disrespectful toward a black man. The pool was small.
