The checking staff the breakfast staff were wonderful, professional polite pleasant extremely helpful. The room was clean The sofa was comfortable had all the amenities.

The mattress for the bed was the only downfall on this trip. One side was permanently dented obviously everyone slept on the same side of that bed. I went ahead and moved to the other side of the bed which was more comfortable but the mattress was quite hard. So I would request as soon as possible getting a new mattress in that room. But everything else about this stay was absolutely wonderful

Location was perfect for my family and I close to restaurants and stores and quick access to the freeway. Breakfast was great 👍 waffles our favorite. The room was great and room service was on it by 9:30am their knocking on doors to clean your room. Staff was great helping get you everything you needed for the stay. The pool was excellent my family and I got the pool to ourselves starts off at 3.5feet and deep end it's 8ft. Overall great hotel I would stay in it again.

Room had a funky smell family and I had to spray febreze and fan on so it can smell better.

This is for all girls travel softball team get your room here early when you know you're going to play in Turlock it's close to the ballpark and you're not spending a lot for a one or two nights stay I know they expect you to stay with the team but this is so affordable

I loved everything. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean. The condimental breakfast was amazing. Staff was amazing very accommodating. I just love it here.

Excellent caring, friendly staff. Huge room. Bedroom area refurbished nicely and beds very comfortable. Bathroom and other room areas need bringing up to the same standard.

Electric sockets are very 'hit and miss' as to whether they actually work or not. Would be considered dangerous in the UK and possibly condemned. Large gap under the entrance door. LG TV poor quality and remote control only worked sometimes, very frustrating! Lighting needs improvement.

The pillow case - 1 pillow case dirty - got new one from front desk Refrigerator got an empty burger paper bag - refrigerator should be in check for next guest. Brought to front desk to show and indeed she checked dated 8/17 and we arrived 8/19.. house keeping to alert

All the staff were very nice especially the front desk staff. She made me checking out at 12pm as I had to wait until my daughter's exam is done which is from 8 to 12pm. The room was clean and spacious. We liked it very much!

The towels are very rough to the skin, I recommend an industrial softener. Add another meat variety to breakfast, not everyone cares for sausage. The bed could use a topper because the mattress seems worn and lumpy rm #107

Great location, friendly staff. They accommodated our request for a ground floor room quickly, so we had a room with 2 queen beds rather than a king. Was totally fine, big room, very clean and comfortable.
