The friendly people. Tried to help with the reservation screw up. I tried several times to get the mess straighten out but got no where with Booking.Com. The manager for Hampton in went out if his way to help but could not contact Booking.com.

I did not like that Booking.Com sent money for only 1 room. I paid $1760 for the 2nd room. You owe me $1123. The stay should have cost me $2253 but ended up costing me $4013. If you send me a check for $1123 I will not have to take to court and I might do business with you again.

The staff was very professional yet friendly. Breakfast was very good — always had some sort sort of hot, freshly prepared eggs with a meat protein in addition to cereals, oatmeal, breads/toast, biscuits, muffins, etc. There was not fresh fruit other than green apples, but we usually bring our own.

We initially had someone in the room above who had to leave for work by about 5:30 so we asked to move and we’re given a great top floor room. This was the friendly reception guy. Very understanding and helpful.

THE ROOMS ARE NICE. KING SUITE IS A SMALL APARTMENT, PLENTY OF ROOM PLUS 2 CHAIRS TO SIT ON.

TRIED TO CHECK IN A BIT EARLY, DESK PERSON WAS A LITTLE UNHELPFUL. TRAVEL WENT BETTER THAN ANTICIPATED AND WAS IN TOWN A COUPLE HOURS EARLY WITH AN AGENDA. WAS UNABLE TO GET A ROOM EARLY.

Staff was great. We had booked the wrong dates and the staff were extremely helpful to get it fixed. Room was clean and taken care of each day. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean.

Variety of breakfast choices was better than most. My room had a desk with chair and an comfortable sofa-like chair with a small table for eating or computer work. More counter space in bathroom and living area than usual. Large room and bathroom in rm 207.

The property was excellent, well maintained and very welcoming. The staff was helpful as well as professional and it had more amenities then many hotels such as pool and work out room. Breakfast had an array of options-fruit, cereal, biscuits, waffles,eggs, sausage, yogurt and more. Rooms were a generous size, comfortable,and clean.

The breakfast was delicious. The rooms in the facility was very clean. Staff was very attentive, and the breakfast staff was exceptional

There were a few small items in the room that needed to be fixed, but nothing that hindered our stay

The breakfast was excellent. Nice choices of hot and cold items. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

The pool towels are thin and tiny, more like hand towels.

The breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable. Quit place.

It isn’t hotel fault. When I went to the hot tub around 7 pm, there were a lot kids it was so noisy it was impossible to stay there for relax.

Easy check in, friendly staff, easy to find the room and loved the free coffee 24-7

The group of people partying outside our room also the people upstairs stomping around late at night.
