When I arrived and left, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfy. The hours of operation for the pool was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was great. Parking was great. The location is great as there are so many restaurants within walking distance.

The television doesn't have a Spanish channel. Usually the hotels I've been to in Dover offer Univision and Telemundo. Some of the towels in the pool area run small.

The price and convenience of being close to my friends and doctors appointments. I am very familiar with the area. We lived in Middletown for 19 years and my husband passed away May 18th and moved to VA with my daughter.

The floor in the walk in shower is very slippery after using soap & conditioner which could cause a serious fall and liability for the hotel. Some sort of mat would be helpful.

The room was nice, didn’t care for the combination bar door closet/ bathroom door. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were nice but both could have been a little warmer

Unfortunately you can’t do anything about what I didn’t like. It was the horde of teenagers tying up the breakfast area, especially the waffle makers and left their dirty batter cups just sitting there. The staff was very pleasant and running to keep things full.

It’s very nice to find a hotel with a Jacuzzi also with it being the time of year and the time I went into the pool area it was empty. Their beds are super comfy. The room is set up well with lots of options for sitting.

There was one part of the Jacuzzi that was a little gritty. The bathroom and closet share one door that slides which I’m not a fan of just because I like to shut the door to shut out the light but still keep light on so you can see if you have to get up at night. There was an inner room unit for heat and air but I could not get it to work and I was cold.

Beds were comfortable..breakfast was good...many choices. I like coffee available 24hrs a day. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. Staff offered wake up call.

We were there for 3 days with no maid service.. first day was check in check out next morning then immediately checked back in for next 2 days There is no microwave to heat up leftovers from restaurants.

I ask for a room near the elevator and it was Perfect. The persons check in were nice and address our need. Breakfast with very nice. I would stay again at this location.

If I had to stay longer. I would have liked a microwave in room. Our room was clean, the bed was not My preference. Yet I Slept well.

The staff was very nice. I didn't get a receipt from the hotel. Because I booked from another source. And one staff member argued with me when I booked the room through the internet. He wasn't going to honor my booking confirmation. The next day he was polite. Another staff member went out of her way to be helpful. Thank you. The hotel was very comfortable stylish and clean. The food was exceptional. And I appreciated the pool being open. I like the Hampton hotel very much.

The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and the friendly staff gave us some very good recommendations.

The breakfast was just okay and it started 10 minutes later than other Hampton Inns if stayed at.

I love Hampton Inn because they’re always clean and have comfortable beds and pillows! And I love the breakfast in the morning!

Well, we first got there. The TV wasn’t working and the phone wasn’t working, but they gave us new batteries for the remote and it was working then.

It was clean, most staff were pleasant, and the beds were amazing. I slept well.

Both of the rooms I booked were not ready at the time of check in. My family had to stay in 1 room for awhile until staff called and stated the other room was available. I was very disappointed especially since we drove in from Washington DC.
