Location was within walking distance from restaurants and a grocery store. Good laundry facilities. Most important was the staff. I witnessed Nya at the front desk go way above and beyond, on numerous occasions, to address guests needs and general issues that come up at a lodging facility. Nya was organized, effective and personable at all times. I would recommend this location.

Well the fact that we was in room 220 and the AC went out Friday it was leaking water went down stairs to Tell them they said the guy comes between eight and one on Saturday about 10:00 when no one showed up I went back downstairs a lady that was off that day was there and she said that the guy will not be in until Monday I said we can try to move into another room but we're fully booked so we just waited it out and then Sunday I'll check out I told the girl you know is there a way to get at least some of the money back on my card or I'm knock off for a stay etc she said she will write it down and tell the manager on Monday so if this problem can be fixed that be nice because it was a BEAUTIFUL PLACE

The sofa pull out was sketchy. The cushions had the pleather torn, exposing the inside cushion and the part where you rest your back also has parts torn exposing the inside material. Didn’t use it so it wasn’t a bother, just an eyesore in such a nice room

I understand check out is at 11 but sometimes an extra hour would be great but to charge almost $50 for a late check out is absurd. I could've just added another $50 and stayed another 24 hours. That's a little bit to high.

Staff was friendly, great location for my needs, very affordable.

The water pressure was too low in the shower, the line for the coffee shop across the street blocked traffic going onto the property. I was stuck for 30 minutes trying to get into the parking lot.

Pet friendly(except the high $35 a night pee fee)

The fact the hotel called me right when I’ve arrived to Florida to tell me my reservation had been cancelled due to Booking.com just letting people make reservations and it’s no rooms available. So I drove around aimlessly looking for a hotel until I finally called back and told the night time clerk my issue and he made sure I had a room available. I was so happy and relieved so I really can’t understand why they canceled it in the first place. I can’t remember names, but that clerk on Friday night night shift around 9:30p need a Kuddos and praise.

Everything at this location was on queue. From the exceptional service at the front desk during the night shift, that was as my encounter four times. To the property itself, security and cleanliness of the grounds.

Not enough pots and pans to be able to cook appropriately. Also the floor needed a good mopping.

I like the kindness and total professionalism of the entire staff.

The noise factor during the late night hours. Sometimes up to and past 1 a.m.

Location is perfect. Close to everything. Staff and room was good, but I do prefer 1st floor as a senior, but it's more $.

I'm old school. I'm used to all amenties included for this type of room for the price. All that was given was microwave, stove and towels for 2 days. (My stay was 10) I had to purchase everything else for myself, or you have to purchase from frontdesk.

Staff was friendly. Accommodations were affordable. The gym was clean and everything worked. There is a grocery store right next door and a few restaurants.

The smells in the hallways were somewhat unpleasant at times. Strong food odors. Free WiFi only allows one device and they don’t tell you that upfront.
