staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable.

My wife turned 65 while there on 11/3. I had asked the hotel if it were possible to put a sign or balloons in our room as a nice gesture. I had told the young woman on the phone at the Swan that it was the first time my wife and I had been to Disney alone since our honeymoon over 42 years ago. She assured me that the Swan would try to do something to make our stay a little more memorable. It would have been a small gesture and it would have meant so much as my wife truly thinks that Disney is a Magical Place! Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Im tired of paying for an upgraded hotel and then paying 38.00 to park my car . Most ridiculous xtra charge !!! This was self parking , like charging ne for pillows

Beautifully appointed property. Convenient to Epcot and The Boardwalk. The boat ride to The Boardwalk and Epcot was a nice amenity. All staff was friendly and helpful. There were many pools to choose from. I especially enjoyed the quiet pool closet to the Swan. There were a variety of restaurants but they are closed during the day with the pool restaurants open as well as a grab and go market. You have access to the Dolphin pool and restaurants as well.

The parking fee is exorbitant and I feel that really should be included in the price! $42 for valet and $32 for self parking per day!My daughter and I each had one car! Way overboard and am unexpected expense.

The hotel is amazing, with plenty of entertainment options for both kids and teenagers. Being able to enjoy the amenities of all three hotels —Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve— makes the experience even more complete and fun. The customer service is outstanding; everyone is very kind and always willing to help. The hotels are beautiful inside, with well-maintained and inviting spaces. Plus, there’s a wide variety of restaurants, offering options for all tastes, ages, and budgets.

Proximity to Disney Boardwalk and parks. Friendly helpful staff

Fees. Disney will no longer charge for parking. This hotel should follow that direction. There’s no reasonable reason to charge parking at this hotel. With the $40 resort fee on top of that I felt it was price gouging. No other explanation for it!

Nice hotel right in the territory of Disney World. Easy access to all the parks. The staff were super kind and helpful starting from reception and finishing with the cleaners. There was one problem, we did not get our room cleaned because we did not inform the front desk at the check in that we need a daily cleaning. We did not know, nor we been told when we checked in that we have to inform in advance the staff that we need the service. Even that the hotel has its own parking, residents are still charged for parking on a daily basis. Other than that, everything else was awesome. We will return 🙌🏻

The hotel is located on the Disney property. Because I booked a day at Magic Kingdom, I took a bus to the park. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get to the park. The room was quiet and clean, although I didn't spend much time in my room. Overall, no problems.

The front desk told me it would be a quick bus trip (15 min), and the bus left from right outside the hotel. However, the receptionist at the front desk didn't seem to realize that the marathon that day and that buses were diverted. This meant that although the bus left the Swan at about 7:40 am, we didn't get to the park until 9 am. The front desk should be a little more aware of what is going on in the park to better inform guests.

It's a nice, clean hotel. The bus takes you to any Disney park.

With prices they have, how can you charge $36 parking and $40 resort fee per day? That's $76 per day on top of the room. Also, no breakfast. You can stay at Sheraton and Marriott for around $100 with breakfast and parking and everything included.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was easy to get to the parks through various methods.

Paying $2800 for a 5 day stay and then paying $240 for parking is stupid. Also the laundry area was small and didn’t work well. The food options at the Swan were sad. Overpriced food and drink. If you aren’t a big eater or like to eat light in the heat, you will have to go elsewhere to find food that works or pay a service fee for rom service.

King alcove room was large, clean and had a great view. The location, of course, is teriffic with the Disney boat being so close by. The common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff was pleasant and lines were relatively short.

Little things were annoying. There was no microwave in the room which made it impossible to reheat food or drinks. We had no washcloths in our room upon arrival nor did we haveblankets for the pullout bed. The USB outlets in the room were pretty crappy and only worked if the cords were held in a certain location. Quick service foods were EXPENSIVE and choices were limited.
