It is a motor lodge on State Park property. There is a tennis court and small pool. Your parking pass gives you access to the State Park where there is an incredibly beautiful lake.  Be aware that the lake does have alligators, so it is not for swimming, but you could go boating and fishing. Also one other main attraction is the golf course which is stunning and so well maintained. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Buffet style meals are available for an additional fee.

The only con to this property is that the walls are thin. Our neighbors had three kids and we could hear them talking and laughing and crying— lol. But honestly it wasn’t much of an issue.

It’s a beautiful, clean place to stay!

Our TV wouldn’t work (room 208) even with help from maintenance. He claims it is the only Roku TV on site, others are LG. Perhaps it’s the wrong remote? He tried two. You might want to change out that TV for future patrons.

Very clean and good breakfest

I stay here all the time but there is always sand on floor. Floor is never cleaned

No one bothered me. The pool was clean. I had coffee. The room was spacious. The bed was clean. I slept great.

I bit pricey. Needs to be updated with new/modern furnishings . More light on the backside of the building it’s a bit scary walking to the rooms back there at night.

The place is great but unfortunately I was there just for a night on a business trip. The team was great and everything in the place was over the expectations. The local is most probably visited by local people and however I felt welcome, being a foreigner. Nice people, great place, excellent breakfast.

Everything went super well.

The room was spacious, clean, and it was a beautiful location.

Took us a while to find the microwave, it's located with the ice machine down the walkway.

I absolutely love the scenery and the staff was great. They made me feel welcomed with their smiles and great customer service. I have found my new get away spot.

This is such a beautiful location. We weren’t familiar with it but are so glad we stumbled upon it. Gorgeous surroundings and wonderful place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I liked the location at the golf course and the updated rooms.

I didn’t like the door locks. It was difficult to open the door from the inside or outside with the keycard.

It was clean, nice view, local to town

The bathroom shower had half a door so the floor was completely soaked anytime you took a shower
