Love the fact that this hotel has a bridge that connects to Ala Moana mall which I only found out on my last day in Hawaii. The restrooms are clean! The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. Love that the fact they have Starbucks on the first floor and a convenient store right next door. The side rooftop has a gorgeous view during sunset. My favorite part about this hotel has to be hotel gym and hotel gyms are not my favorite but this one has the necessities. Everything surrounding Ala Moana is within walking distance. All you need is Ala Moana mall, Don Quixote, and the beach.

For the purpose of my travel, the location was superb and close to the Ala Moana shopping centre and the beach. The room was up to my expectation and I enjoyed the balcony.

The room and amenities were up to my expectations.

The location was easy to get where we needed to go. It was close enough to Wikiki but not too close. We had a lovely view.

The parking garage was hard to deal with. Spaces are small and I found the signage to be lacking. It was difficult to find our way around, find the lobby and remember where we parked the car. The elevator to the garage was broken.

The location was perfect. A little over a mile to Waikiki and not as much people traffic. Attached to the mall with shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The ocean and marina views from the balcony were really amazing during the day and night.

We stayed at this property through LSI private owner. There was no cleaning service during the seven days but was advised we could pay for it by request with a 24hr notice. This is too long and a cleaning service should be provided during at least a half weeks stay.

the location was great the hotel was nice it was a pain that we had to pay for room service (cleaning) so we just cleaned ourselves. towards the end of our trip I noticed that a bedspread from one of the queen beds (we used one bed to sleep and one to lay our clothes out on) was gone… so someone had to have entered the room at some point when we were out and about during the day. i meant to mention it to the front desk but there was a long line when we were leaving for the airport and I didn’t have the time to wait.

Location and convenience

The water for the shower would not get hot. Some days it was warm, some days it was warmer. But wouldn't get hot

i didnt realize i was in a privately owned room. no one asked if i needed anything.

Upon checking in my reservation couldn’t be found. However the staff went above & beyond to help me get checked in.

The hotel staff went way beyond what they needed to do to help fix the reservation problem.

Impossible to teach ANY staff at LSI to fix a reservation problem. We couldn't get into our second room until the second night.
