Your staff was welcoming and kind. I was assigned a handicapped room which offered the assistance I needed. The location was great - beside the river and the center of town.

The site has some disadvantages for the disabled, including the building being uphill from the parking area. The entrance is rather narrow and has quite a drop-off that endangers any vehicles trying to swing wide to avoid incoming pick-ups. For guests attempting to push a full luggage cart up from the front parking to the main door there is also quite a bump to get over right at the door. Not enough staff was on hand to offer any help with these difficulties, either. My title is because a forest fire was raging at the top of the mountain to the west of town. Hopefully that dramatic view isn't something that will be seen ever again.

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the Super8 by Wyndham- Salmon. The facility was freshly painted and updated and very nice. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for work and thus was traveling alone. I felt very safe and comfortable at the Super8 by Wyndham- Salmon. I will definitely stay here again if I pass through Salmon, ID. I also highly recommend this hotel (do not let the name of the hotel dissuade you.)

The only thing I was puzzled about was that my room was partially cleaned. The bed not made, trash not emptied but the shower curtain was placed to a neutral location and the towels were exchanged.

Staff was super friendly. Close to town. Reasonably priced. Super easy check in and check out online. Complimentary breakfast was nice.

The couch in our room had a lot of stains. They either need a new one or a better cleaning job needs to be done. The bed was so hard neither of us slept much.

We liked the water pressure of the shower and how hot it got. After a day of hunting in the cold we were ready to relax for the night and hot shower helped up unwind. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was super helpful and nice, they were always asking if they could help us.

More options for breakfast, The entrance into the facility from the main road was in a little hard to get into, nothing that would keep us from staying here again.

The air conditioning worked great and wasn't overly noisy. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the river island path.

The room lacked an available plug in near the beds for charging phones.

I liked the location. My room faced the side of the hill so it was private, which I liked. I was on thr first floor too, so I liked that as well. Like a little patio. Breakfast was good. A nice selection. Price was great too.

Staff were very helpful. I left a couple of items in the room. They called me before I realized my mistake. Offered to mail the items, called when items were mailed and sent an email with tracking number.

The room is comfortable, has a fridge and microwave. Bathroom has a good size and everything is clean. All in all it was a good and comfy stay in Salmon with easy parking.

I was waiting for a family member to arrive and had a chance to really enjoy the seating area in the lobby.

While the front desk staff were proficient in their job, some were not as engaging or as welcoming as they could have been.

Excellent front office staff, young lady and I do not remember her name. Very cheerful and arrival was easy. Room was clean and orderly.
