The people that work here are so warm and friendly they even remember my name and refer to me by the first name!

lack of extra pillows, and No hangers for a lack of goods or supplies products for the staff to provide to their guests. Especially when it comes to the towels and pillows the staff just is able to apologize that they cannot accommodate the guests request. Why the hotel owners don’t invest more into the items the hotel needs to provide these little guests requests is beyond me… But when there’s two people in a room with one bed they need more than 1 pillow for themselves!!!!

Great value, staff was caring to my needs and made an effort to accommodate my request for a stopper for the tub so I could take a nice soak in the tub. But they didn't have one to provide they were very innovative with ideas on what I could use to stop up the tub to fill it for a bath.

The loud dog barking due to separation anxiety and the hallway was in need of vacuuming and there were no snacks n the vending machine no snacks period... and the snow removal could have been done better. Plus the dog crap was not properly picked up or maintained.

The staff made amends for us by upgrading our room to a much nicer room after the 1st room had major problems.

Our original room's TV didn't work and the two lights between the beds wouldn't turn on. The new room was much nicer but the floor was so filthy that walking barefoot on it made the bottoms of our feet turn black. Just ew.

I was one of the coaches in a room at Motel 6. We all are here to find accommodation and tried several local hotels & motels. This motel was clean. Out beds were comfortable. It’s a no frills property but offer coffee they have a vending area. Some rooms have fridge and microwaves depending on the type you reserve. We have decided this is where we will be making all future reservations for our team because of the friendliness the clean & comfortable rooms. Danielle sat talk to us and gave us a great deal for our coaches and players

Staff. Minute we walked we were met with laughter among the staff. Seems they have a tight knit team. Dani upgrade us because we didn’t know the room type we booked was downstairs. We wanted up. Thank you. Nikki was friendly seen her walking around several times made us feel safe

Carpet needs replaced but we’ve seen a change from last year when we came for Ragbrai. Definitely quieter and seems the troublesome guest are gone

I liked the fact that the staff is very friendly and nice from front desk to housekeeping they are willing to go above and beyond to help with your stay or to make it as comfortable as possible.

The fact that before I booked my room the price jumped from $78 to $204 in the process of me booking my room

I am here for a family emergency, and the staff has been very helpful and understanding. Even accommodated me with a ground room so I wouldn't have to climb stairs.

Had to re-book a room several times for a week at a time and office was kind enough to let me keep the same room. However whe. I first checked in, I was in a handicapped room and whe. I requested to be transferred out, they promptly moved me to a non-handicapped room

There is not anything that I can say that I didn’t like.

Don’t have any complaints just suggestions. You can tell the hallways have been “cleaned/shampooed” but it isn’t helping any really a waste of time. Replace it. That alone will make the appearance a 100 times better. Room was VERY CLEAN

I liked the cleanliness location the comfort and the price. We are here doing a college tour and any little bit helps in these times. I read reviews before book g the room and happy that we have it a try. Definitely will be staying here when we visit our son at Coe College
