The place was great to stay in. Convienent location, good parking, spectacular if you have a dog. Home away from home. Nice to have your own mini kitchen (no oven) for cooking if desired. The only suggestion I have is dog waste bins. There was an issue with payment, but it was rectified quickly. Place was a good size, had no bugs, and was mostly clean. The bathroom needed some cleaning. There was a definite dirty handprint on the wall of the shower.

No dog waste bins outside. There is no place to put dog waste without having to throw it in the trash bin inside the cabin.

I loved the style of the "hotel", the area, and the beds and pillows. We were able to jump on the Trout Run Trail from our rooms. I loved the patio area as well. We were able to see plenty of deer walk through. The area was quiet and plenty of parking.

Some of the table stands had drawers that would fall off. The door's wood frame was wilting. Our coffee machine didn't work, so we used the one in our second room. That one still had an old coffee filter in it. Lastly, some of the construction is still going on, so not everything was completed on the patios.

I love the unique concept and vision of this facility: the private units, the gardens and prairie plantings, and the community amenities! The value and location are also great.

I arrived well after dark, and the lack of signage coupled with poor lighting made it a little difficult to find the property. Secondly, the poor lighting made it difficult to locate my unit, and to enter my PIN on the unlit keypad for entry. I managed to do so after a couple of failed attempts, but I think better lighting would have made it easier. My unit (1B) was really nice! The only thing I noticed is that the liner of the shower curtain on the main level needs to be replaced.

simple and to the point; no breakfast; no need to interact with staff with the check-in method used; comfortable beds! great idea for the property; would love to visit again when it is not -15 degrees out to see the property more

sheets had inkspots and hair; kind of weirded me out, but i could tell they were clean--just made my bedbug check a bit concerning until i realized it was ink

Great location! Nice outdoor space. Fire pit outside to relax and socialize in the evening! Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly! Will stay again!!

Very clean and comfortable property with nice gardens area.

Needed larger bath towels. Also no beverage glasses in the room; just coffee mugs.
