Very welcoming. Cookies in the lobby. The room was great, beds comfy. Nightlight in the bathroom was clutch! Bravo CI&S. The right things were in the right places; microwave, fridge, great a/c. In the bathroom - shower was tall, good pressure & there is a well placed hook to hold your towel for when you're done. (Breakfast was great too! Not just eggs but cheese and salsa to top them! Waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast and more. No problem finding what we liked)

Nothing not to like about this hotel to be compeltely honest. I arrived after a long day of hiking and traveling and Jessica at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. Extremely accomodating, friendly, and helpful. Just a super pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Bed was comfortable, and one of the few times I think I have ever said this, the AC/heating unit in the room was not loud at all. I didn't know that was possible. Other hotels should take note of this very important development. Everything in the room was clean, and spotless. It didn't seem like anything was missed. Just a top notch room and very reasonably priced. No complaints from me at all.

I wish there were a few more hot options at breakfast aside from biscuits and gravy, but I was there during the week in October so i understand choices would be a little more limited due to demand. Not a deal breaker by any means, more personal preference.

Comfortable with an adequate hotel breakfast

The location is was okay at the top of the hill on the edge of town on a busy road with easy access to downtown area, but it lacked sidewalks from the property down the hill, making walking in the breakdown lane necessary on this busy multi-lane road.

Not enough lighting to see where the entrance is. Need a sign on the street so people can see by the entrance. Mirrors on the wall facing the toilet. This really is not a pleasant sight to see sitting on the toilet in the mirror. lol

The free breakfast was good. Breakfast area was clean and variety good! Location was easy to get to. Room was clean and good size.

With no carpeting on floor was a little cool in the feet but much more sanitary. Toilet paper in the bathroom was hard to reach on the wall.

The room & service was great. Service after checkout, horrible! I left 5 charger for my cellphone in room. Called all listed phone numbers, unable to get through. No email listed, expensive charger. Horrible service

Very lovely! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Clean and comfortable! My kids loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast & all-day coffee & cookies was much appreciated!

Proximity to my family. On a US Hwy that was plowed quickly after getting snow. Staff diligent about snow removal in the morning. Clean, comfortable room, bath and bed.

The breakfast was so-so in terms of selection of foods. The carpet was a little dirty and worn. The hotel itself inside was noisy especially in the hallways until about 11:00 p.m. I found out that there was a tournament of girls wrestling (!?) In Decorah that weekend so that may have accounted for that.

Location was good and clean. Staff helpful.

Breakfast was ok but not much gluten free items I could eat. Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment to re-freeze my ice pack.

They were very accommodating, we were there for a celebration of life for my brother in law. They allowed all extra family to use the breakfast area to gather that evening, and use the pool.
