The bed was the most comfortable one I've slept in in quite a while (and we stay in hotels across Iowa quite a bit with going to our daughter's college competitions). The breakfast also had numerous choices, which was surprising and much appreciated! It was available until 10 AM which we were thankful for!

Darker window coverings maybe, just to be able to sleep a little longer in the morning. Otherwise all ok!

This property has no elevator. The room was OK and clean. The Breakfast was fairly good considering the tremendous cost of this establishment VS what is offered (no pool-basic other amenities). Low value. Staff was good.

Very clean, very well maintained. The bathroom was especially impressive. The shower water pressure was intense. Plenty of space to stretch out in the family suite.

Reasonably nee

King bed was way too soft and hard on the back. Moved to a queen room the second night and that was a lot better.

It was located right off the highway which made it extremely easy to find. The staff were some of the kindest people I've encountered. They were very helpful not only with myself and my kids but also with my brother and his wife & kids. The facility was clean and the beds were comfy.

I do not really have a complaint. The only thing I could say that may have posed as a problem was the height of the beds. My kids didnt happen to fall off them but I did place pillows around them so they wouldn't fall. Not a huge deal in my eyes but could pose a problem to those that have very little, Littles or elderly folks. All around though, the place was pretty awesome!

Enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, common areas and room were very clean and orderly.

Breakfast was fine. I'm not a big breakfast person but having it available was great. Also enjoyed the coffee.

I thought the price of the room was a little high, but this is conveniently located for my trip.

We honestly lucked out with this hotel. We tried to make it as far as we could on our 12 hour trip home and this hotel was about as far as we wanted to go with three little ones. They still had a family suite available in the late evening hours and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it was. Check-in was a breeze and we had a very quiet, very spacious room. We all slept great. The breakfast was a great selection and all 5 of us found something to eat.

We only wish we could have stayed a little longer and relaxed.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is comparible to Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn..good and served very early..a definite plus.
