It was really great they let us check in early at no additional charge!! The room was clean! The staff were friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was ready early and they let's us dig in b4 6. So accommodating since we had a long drive ahead of us!

The up keep of the outside was bad. I was worried it was abandoned. We pulled in anyway and fortunately it was open. Also the lock to the pool was broken and we had to ask them to open it each time. the upkeep of the pool was terrible. Hot tub had dirt at the bottom and we were told not to go in it. The pool itself was ice cold. 🧊 🥶

The stafff members that greeted us upon arrival, spoke with us during our stay and wished us well on our way out were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay

The room was in need of minor repairs, but nothing that would cause us not to come back.. The friendlienss of the staff more than made up for any shortcommings

Convenient location, good price, very good breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The couch in our room was very uncomfortable and two people could really use more than one towel each for their stay. Generally women need one towel for their shower and one for their hair. It would also be nice to have more than two washcloths.

staff, facility, bed, room,. breakfast made the overnight stay very pleasant.......surprise oasis for a site in a small town remote from normal travel stops

Wakeeney doesn't have much to offer travelers....a couple of restaraunt choices on a Sunday evening would have been nice

This hotel was impeccably clean with new paint, new furnishings and tasteful decor. Bathroom supplies were ample. The staff was very kind.

The tub drain was clogged to the point that my ankles got a bath while the rest of me got a shower and the toilet was a screamer when flushed, but I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton when I checked into the Best Western in Wakeeney, Kansas.

Breakfast standouts: They had Nutella packets! I've NEVER seen that before - and - their sausage patties were delicious / Breakfast attendants were very courteous and attentive Location: Close to Interstate 70 and all the local conveniences

The bed had some sort of annoying, plastic underpad that was loud and crinkly - it's like they assume that all guests are going to be incontinent

Desk clerk, Ericka, was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with our reservation booked through booking.com. Ericka helped resolve the issue.

would like to have had two beds but this was not available.

Traveling with two granddaughters on way to Colorado to join 12 other family members for a week's vacation.

Rooms were on same floor, but not close. Not a major problem.

Staff extremely helpful with local attractions, restaurants, etc. Very clean hotel, comfortable rooms, safe location.

No suggestions on improvement.

Took FOREVER to get warm water. It actually never got hot. The elevator was quite tricky
