Our room was clean, fresh linen. The staff was really nice. Enjoyed that a buffet was connected to the hotel. Easy travel to and from the highway. Other major stores surrounded around the area. Nice location. I loved that you have a play pen for younger children to not roam the room at night and get hurt.

Wish the pillows were firmer. Coffee machine in room and crushed ice instead of cubed ice. Please add eggs to breakfast for protein. Didn't have a dresser in the room to store clothing and other items.

Breakfast was pretty good. I didn't try it the first time I was there. I liked that once I was finally put in a good room, nobody bothered me. I like privacy.

I didn't like this: I came back after having stayed a couple days because I didn't feel well enough to move on. My second stay was not as good as the first. The first room I was given was far away from the door which was very difficult. When I went into that room some kind of torn up trash or something (No idea what but it was dirty) was in the bathtub! I was immediately grossed out and requested another room. Then I was given another room, better location but the key would not open the door. The front desk person didn't take my word for it, tried it with same result. Finally he gave me the room I was in before and it was ok after that. I also paid a LOT MORE this time for lesser service (at check in, anyway).

The only complaint we really have is you could hear everything from other rooms in your room and the smell of marijuana and and none of the exit doors were securely locked at night the bathroom could use a small renovation, but other than that it was a great stay

location parking room size 2nd time i have stayed and would stay again its a budget hotel you get waht you pay for the swimming pool and small gym are great

its just looking a little tired - think a good coat of paint to freshen it up would help

The staff is really friendly and understanding that I have my family hang out there with me and they don't have no problem with it... and also the staff feels like long lost family with good hearted values...and the breakfast options are a nice bonus!! I just stay at this place sometimes cuz it feels like home away from home

Nada thing at all

Everything was excellent, staff was very friendly, room was bigger than expected. Parking area was well lit and close to front door.

There wasn't anything that we disliked about our stay. The only thing at all would be the breakfast could stand to be open for another 30 minutes on the weekends.

Was my second stay in a week. Was a great location from Memphis. Check in Clerk Will was there again and more helpful the second night then the first. I would recommend THIS Days Inn to anyone that needs a place in the Madisonville KY area. The Manager was at the desk when I checked out and I told her How helpful Will was at check in!

My room was part of the adjoining room with a door and the people were a bit loud, but after Midnight when they went to bed it was very quite and I slept all night.

Everything was what I expected as always & the customer service is always excellent the over is even awesome it's always a pleasure when you can have a good conversation with all of them. Thanks to them for being them great people.
