Location was good, bed was comfortable, it was clean and large room.

Did not like check in, did not feel safe. I got there around 3pm there was no staff on site had to call phone number to find out how to check in. I was told the key was in my room and the door would be unlocked. Well, the door was locked so she gave me a code to unlock the box next to the door and there would be a key in there. I was told she was sorry about this because they were suppose to leave the door unlocked. I have never experienced a check in like this and felt it very unsafe for a lady traveling alone.

Clean, so clean:) The room was very clean. I liked that the floors were ceramic tile since I have dogs. I hate carpet because it holds everything in the world including the smell of other dogs. The bathroom was super clean. The sink and counter appeared to be epoxied, which is super smart because the room is easier to clean:):) Staff was friendly. Quiet place. Good amount of area outside for pets to potty.

The beds. Not horrific, not great! Felt a little pressured to get there before 8pm. The dog fee is not $15.00 per pet, it is $50.00 per pet. More than the room is for the night. I realize there are some not terrific pet owners out there, but if your floors are ceramic tile....?? Maybe they have just had bad doggies before. Suggestion for owner, a H2O recirculation pump would really be great in this venue.

I loved the spacious room.

I didn’t like the parking area and I didn’t like how people would loiter outside the rooms after dark. I also didn’t like how hard and uncomfortable the beds were. Also, the bedding wasn’t changed even though we stayed 3 nights.

The location worked out great for the business we had to handle. The hotel didn't serve breakfast. But the Fishermans Gally had a great breakfast. The hotel accepted pets, but failed to notify the customers until the next day when we woke up that there would be an additional $50.00 pet fee , that we wern't notified about. Outside of that it was great, clean and quiet.

We had very rude guest stay the first night above us, we'll the next morning the staff informed us they were going to keep the room above us empty that night, they didn't have to do that, they were very kind

As a tournament angler these were important and what i noticed....The conveinence of being close to Cypress Bend Park, very close proximety to grocery store/tackle shop/fuel, however parking was a little tight for bass boats.

The smell of a sewage pond nearby....but most of us are fisherman and we can deal with this type stuff.

Parking spot being repainted so visitors could park better. Makes it hard when unhave a boat and a single vechile doesn't park correctly

the location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. there is a fridge in the room and large area to get ready and extra blankets etc. the staff was nice and helpful. beds were decently comfy and air nice and cold. seemed like a safe place with 3 locks on room doors

the price was a little much for the place in my opinion BUT it was a weekend and the location is convenient. the walls are THIN and I got woken up several times by people exiting their rooms, locking cars, etc. the parking was a nightmare bc of the boats BUT that isn’t a big deal it’s a small hotel and a lot of room next to the Mexican place next door to park. the rooms can use some fixing like the toilet paper holder broken but still on the wall little stuff like that

Limited parking, room dead bolt lock did not work, you also need to check in before 7:30pm or be okay with staff leaving your assigned room unlocked with the key in it.

GREAT PLACE !!!!! Staff was wonderful. Room was huge and plenty of light. It's almost like the read my mind of what I was expecting.
