The very thorough breakfast is the reason I choose the Holiday Inn express! I need a good breakfast to start my day and I don’t wanna have to leave the hotel to get it

Though the bathroom was updated and very nicely done the caulking on the wall behind the sink and under the mirror was coming apart and there appeared to be mold behind it. Not a big deal, I only stayed one night but it’s these little details but make it only good and not great.

The breakfast was phenomenal!! So many options I couldn’t decide! The pool’s temperature was 86, and felt like it. Hot tub was also great! Everything was soothing. Everything is close by. Rachel’s bar and grill, great place to eat too!

Fan in the bathroom for the steam. The room that I was in (1026) it’s’ shower head was dripping and I had the shower door open and by morning time the floor was wet from the shower head’s dripping. Weird! Other than that, everything was great!!

For the area and choices you have the area the hotel was okay…… just not what I expected for a holiday inn. First impression was good and was told the property was newly renovated. Got to our room and it had a sour smell to it. Although you could tell they had just did some updates the texture was chipping off the ceiling and they just painted over it rather then fix it 😳, outlets in the room it’s self did not work so had to charge my phone in the bathroom

The room is clean, the pool is a good size and the staff is very friendly. You also get more than just a continental breakfast. They have a good selection for breakfast.

It was very nice but if I have to nitpick I would say the elevator was a little dirty. Unfortunately we did have a room that did have an outside light that shown in. You just have to make sure you pulled the shade all the way down

Wonderful hotel! Really great rooms- clean, renovated, and the beds were so comfortable! Really delicious continental breakfast options! We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We stayed several nights and couldn’t be more happy with this hotel choice.

The staff and price was absolutely amazing! They were super helpful and accommodating!! will definitely stay there again!!

The boilers to the pool and hot tub were down but we were changed to a room with a jacuzzi tub to make up for it.

It was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

I only wished that the counter in the bathroom was a little bigger and the blind was easier to adjust. It was held together with a binder clip.

Room was nicely appointed. King size bed slept well. Bathroom was clean and modern with very large shower. Breakfast was well furnished with nice variety of items. Pool and hot tub. Were refreshing and well maintained.

Signage could be placed on the main street. It is easy to pass by its side street before you see their sign.

If you look at my previous review of this property, you’ll see that I had an awful experience Jan 2020. Since this is really the only hotel in the area, I gave it another shot. I’m not sure if ownership changed or what but it was a night and day experience! The rooms have been upgraded and are nice! They were clean and modern this time. The bed was SO comfortable!! I was pleasantly surprised as hotel beds are normally not that comfy! I am very pleased after this visit.

Location, staff, and breakfast

The beds were way to high. We are older ladies and my sister is only 4ft 9 inches. She had a he k of a time getting into the beds. And there was a smell of sewer once in a while
