Loved the FLW style. Cozy, attractive woodsy cabin. Well stocked kitchen. Peaceful surroundings.

Very hot in the living room even with windows open and not hot outside. I think it was from the bulbs in the cove lighting all around the room. We couldn’t figure out what else it could be. The heater was turned off. Also the hot water heater needs to be fixed/replaced. The hot water had a very strong sulfuric smell. Cold was fine.

The layout of the room was awesome, loved the capacity of guests that the room we had could potentially facilitate. Looking forward to planning a family trip where most of us can stay in the same room together.

The beds up in the loft could use a power outlet to be able to charge cell phones. I realize the loft is designed more for kids, but if being used for adults the inconvenience of having to charge your phone downstairs is hard to overlook.

The decor was quaint and woodsy. There were a lot of activities available for no additional charge. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were a lot of activities available for no additional charge that we didn't have time to take advantage of during our one night stay! This place is a better value if you stay longer. The TV in the room was too small to enjoy; I guess it's not a place to watch TV. There are a lot of other things to do if you have time.

location and room amenities were excellent

We had a noisy group above us that walked around their room all night. I don't know what they were doing but they banged on the floor all hours of the night. Floors are wooden and noise carried downstairs to our room very easily and kept us awake all night

Very strict about the 4pm check in time. Very regimented about signing 3 sheets of paper along with dating them. They must have issues with some guests to be this way…. Sad. The wife was tired of bunching on the trails and I could not drop her off to rest… and go out on my own. Other than that, great place, very comfortable beds… very quiet.

The room was mostly clean and almost sound proof. The front desk gentlemen was very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. Other guests were all very approachable and talkative. Pins onsite restaurant waitstaff were all friendly.

The only issue was there were ants in the room when we arrived, but maintenance was quick to arrive with some ant bait traps to set up for us. Pins restaurant that is onsite is only good for drinks and pizza, the rest of the food was horrible.

Rustic, and warm. Rooms were fine, beds were well worn and uneven. Nice sitting area above lobby. Remote so have to drive to go anywhere.

The free continental breakfast was pretty marginal, but the coffee was good.

TV in fitness room did not work, and more heathy choice breakfast items would be nice ... even just oatmeal with fruit and nut options.

Kids in the pool outside our window at 7am or running around outside screaming at 7am

the bathroom shower head leaked real badly need to be fixed by maintenance, the shower was very small
