This was our first stay at a AmericInn property and we really liked it. The innkeeper was great and in addition to putting us near the elevator so my husband could have easier access, she recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The included breakfast we really good. We loved Iron River. Just wish we lived closer!
As with most hotels, the pillows were too big for us. A range of pillow sizes, including some nice flat ones would have made this hotel absolutely perfect.

My family and I really enjoyed the coziness of the hotel. Staff was great, the pool was awesome, and the breakfast was very good!
The Elevator was out of commission during our stay..it was a pain to have to go up to the 3rd floor.aftwr a busy day and squmming.

The breakfast was good, but the coffee was weak! Nice variety of options. The location was optimal.
We all thought the morning coffee was weak. The elevator was slow. But everything else was great.

The staff was friendly.
It was very noisy. Our neighbors were very, very loud closing, the door and they did slam it about 20 times, from 5am to 8am. We also didn't know they were in the central time zone. It was inconvenient checking in.

I loved the atmosphere. Staff was super nice and welcoming, and always struck up a conversation to make us feel welcome. 10/10 would stay again.

The staff was off the charts nice. It was as if they owned the place and wanted us to be very happy with our stay. Everything in the place was extremely clean. You can tell the people take pride in their work!

Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were good. Liked the adult time for use. Room was very clean and property was very well maintained. Location was very good.

We stayed 2 nights for my daughters wedding. The staff was outstanding! Friendly and efficient. I was able to use a conference room for my daughter to get dressed in for her big day. I was so appreciative of this convenience. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff readily helped my husband as he is disabled.
