Property was very nice.

I thought $50 to have my dog stay with me is a bit extreme. I’ve never paid that much and honestly even though I liked my stay very much I wouldn’t pay that again. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay where the track team stayed so I could have more time with my daughter.

Wry comfortable bed, loved having a sofa in the room to sit on-sofa was a little hard to get off of but still nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really liked its location so close to the lake and easy walking to grocery store, lake and restaurants.

Great location in Glenwood. Very nice room with big bathroom. Breakfast was very, very good with lots of food choices. Staff was ok.

Clean, spacious pool and hot tub. Breakfast selection was above average and plentiful with enough seating for numerous guests. Close to fishing and dining options in town if you wanted something different.

Great location, near restaurants. Up to date room with a comfortable bed .

Not a big deal but there isn’t an elevator and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to my room. .

The location was close by Alexandria. In a small town but country feel. The people are genuinely "Minnesota Nice"!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful🩵

The location was perfect and the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offered much selection in a clean bright room.

We had a problem with getting into the building and room with our keys , we had to go get different keys 3 different times.

Good location, close to the lake and downtown. Spacious room. Great breakfast options! Kudos to the person who orders and stocks the tea!

No offer to switch out towels on the second day. Other hotels I have stayed at during Covid would offer towels, not wait for the guest to have to request them.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable and spacious. It is within walking distance to several good shops and a great bakery. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Pool area clean.
