We arrived much later than anticipated but the front desk clerk was so kind. She said she upgraded our room and held the door as we carried in our belongings. She made us feel safe and welcome. The morning staff was very friendly as well. The property is definitely older, but it was very clean. We appreciated the in-room fridge and big screen TV.

Breakfast consisted of granola bars, oatmeal packets, fruit cups, coffee, tea and juice. We were expecting a bit more (as breakfasts have become pretty elaborate in some places) but it was fine. Easy to carry with us.

Looked decent. Liked the fact you can bring your pets. The fact that there is a door that you need a key for when you are about to enter the building prior to your room door. I was happy with the fact when talking about some things that werent clean or the fact i couldn't get the ac to stay on they were very kind about it by helping.

Even though i asked over phone on how to use the AC in room 29 they gave clear instructions however i couldnt for the life of me keep it cold. so it was a bit muggy in my room. I think the cleaning staff are decent but i do believe they either ignore certain things and dismiss it when it needs to be clean in this case the fridge. Which was turned off and looking in it was dirty. I do not blame the owners because it seems they do a lot to keep it looking nice.

Beds very comfortable. Loved the sheets!!!!

AV unit did nothing. Room 52. Luckily it was cool weather while there

Bring your own soap to wash hands and shower gel as only liquid dispensers are available and the soap and gel do not come out at all.

Thought I had signed up for 2 beds but was only reserved one bed management was able to switch us to 2 beds without any major problem, thank yoi

Had toilet flushing problems

The manager was very friendly and informative, it was a nice, quiet stay

The bathroom was very small and outdated but it was clean

The room was very clean, it was quite and relaxing.

The location is great, right next to the freeway. Bed was comfortable, and the room was huge.

The price could of been a little lower, but they are cheapest place in Hinckley. Ov

I liked the Spa Tub and Television channels! And it was a very spacious room it was huge and actually beautiful!

The bed was not comfortable at all. and some of the outlits didnt work.

This 1970s motel is in a great location, friendly staff, perfect wifi and cable TV and a very large room for the price.
