We were very satisfied with the accommodations at this location, and were very comfortable with most of the facilities. This site is close to restaurants and shopping, some within walking distance. The ambiance is like a country home in the lobby and the staff was very helpful with all our needs.

Three items were disappointing though, no elevator to get to the second floor, the breakfast was a little limited, and the A/C unit did not work effectively. All of these items were not significant to our stay, I am including them for the site to work on to make improvements.

The breakfast was great and so was all the staff.

Booking through booking.com. They wouldn't allow me to reserve 4 rooms with 2 double beds in each which is what we needed for our family. I spent about 2 hrs. on your website trying to book it that way and ended up reserving each room individually which, needless to say cost a lot more money. I don't know if I will ever use your services again. Our oldest son said you were the best way to book. I did not have that experience.

Our 2 Queen Bed suite was huge, like the size of an apartment. It was nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites in Willmar!

The pool was overrun with kids and the hot tub filled with their parents. Nothing they could have done about that, but I was looking forward to a swim and hot tub but it was just too crowded and noisy.

Lovely pool and hot tub. The slide was fun. It's always nice to get a breakfast (food was good). The location was perfect for our events. Parking laid out nicely in location to the doors. Will stay there again.

There isn't anything that comes to mind on what I didn't like. You should know there is no elevator. They let you know that a head of time though. For me this was ok.

Most general, food was fresh, excellent choices. Plenty of fruit, juices, selection was good.

No complaints , but front desk was empty some times

I asked for a military discount and was told I had to go back to bookimg.com and do something. This is bogus, this should have been handled by agent at desk. Next time I will think twice about staying here.

This hotel was very clean and updated. Front desk service was great. The breakfast was good with multiple choices, waffles were great! Pool area was clean and nice for families.

The bed was hard, pillows too soft and unsubstantial.

The public areas were very cold. Had to wear a jacket. It was in the 90's. Had to go outside to warm up. One bed had sheets that were not clean. Crusty patch and black hair.

This is our go to hotel when in Willmar. Staff is always friendly and it's a comfortable stay.

Not that we dont like it but it could use some updating.

Great location, very comfy bed, pretty good breakfast. The best part of the stay was the staff on duty - excellent customer service!

Room was a bit grungy - needs a refresh.
