The room was large and the people were nice but the elevator quit working so my kids had to go down the stairs to retrieve our pizza because I can not do stairs. So could not go out to eat or use the pool. I was kinda stuck in the room.

The elevator quit working so had to stay in room until it was fixed so had to order in pizza and kids had to go and pick up from front desk.

Right when you walk in your greated by very friendly staff. That was a nice start to our stay. I really liked that there are restaurants connected to the hotel. The rooms were clean and you had the option to open the windows. The one restaurant we visited during our stay was open until 11pm, they were very kind and never told us to leave right at 11pm.

I can't say I disliked anything.

The hotel and stay were great.

I hope I won't have to reserve a room through Booking.com again. There's just no flexibility and no real help, and the hotel couldn't make any changes or adjustments to our room type either.

Loved the spacious room/suite. Had everything we needed. Close enough to where my Aunt’s Funeral was being held.

The only ice machine that was working was on the 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor. Also the hallways are way too humid for lung challenged people to breathe.

Bed was really comfortable

Housekeeping needs to move the bedside tables and clean under the bed, it was pretty disgusting under there.

Breakfast was good, fresh, easy Location was convenient for my stay

Floor was wet in lobby from pool users; thus slippery

Breakfast was ok. Went to my Granddaughters wedding. Bed exceptionally comfy! Quiet I was on second floor. The young man at front desk very nice and conversed with me every time he saw me.

The bath tub had a ring around around it have been cleaned better. Other than that room very clean and loved the shower head one of the rain heads.

Breakfast was great and what I expected. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No on site eating options, but restaurants were a short walk away in the next hotel.

Excellent stay, quiet, great, large room. Breakfast was amazing. Really appreciated the 24 hour pool access. Overall a great place to stay in Willmar!
