I just wanted some me time for my 59th birthday and go to the silver star casino and sports book. The location was perfect and instead of paying 389 dollars at the casino hotel, I paid 125 plus tax for this beautiful room. The morning breakfast was on point too!!! If you looking for a comfortable place weather you are alone or spouse choose this hotel. You want regret it.

The toilet water flushing was pretty loud but better to have too much flushing power than too little.

Check-in was very fast. Close to Pearl River Casino where I was attended the Vanilla Ice concert. I was happily surprised by the cleanliness and price. I felt safe and secure. I enjoyed a delightful hot breakfast the morning of check out.

The vanity sink in my room was cracked but it really didn't bother me. Still clean.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was mediocre at best. They ran out of bacon, sausage eggs almost every morning. They cooked in small batches (6 pieces of bacon at a time) and were not timely in refilling. The coffee was undrinkable.

The breakfast was awesome! They had so many different item to chose from and the dining area was very clean.

Everything was wonderful! I couldn't find a negative thing about our stay. The staff was very friendly, the total cost was what I had expected, and the bed slept so good.

I loved how close the hotel was to the casino and convention center. Our stay was only one night,it was peaceful. The staff was nice.

The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned or changed out. It was a little trashy outside the hotel, but other than that, everything was ok.

The air conditioner, refrigerator and mocrowave worked really well. My room was cleaned wonderfully everyday.

The breakfast was not good. Also, I didn't like not knowing if my key was going to work in the door each day after I returned. It was a lock issue and the desk knew about.

The staff was very courteous and polite and the breakfast was delicious the rooms and the common areas were very clean I would recommend my friends and family to stay at Best Western hotels and suites very friendly and courteous employees I really enjoyed my stay thank you

Nice hotel, friendly staff and the breakfast was good a verity to chose from and different hot and cold morning drinks. Great location if you want to gamble not far from the casinos.

Staff was extremely nice and the rooms were clean.

Walls are thin. We could hear every time the person in the room next to us flushed their toilet. And the breakfast was not that great.

I paid for a king size suite with soft bed. I got a couch no sleeping bed. I have two teenage boys and the first time in 18 years me and my husband had to sleep separately. My husband gave me and our boys the bed while he slept on the couch. 😡😡 The room was prepared but was not cleaned. We found earrings under the phone and trash on the side on the couch. The room was prepared for three guess not 4 and I know I stated 4.
