Kathryn made all the difference. We had difficulty with BOOKING.com. Kathryn was able to help us fix it. We had added an additional day to our stay and Kathryn personally came to our room to have us sign a form. There was a hint of the smell of cigarette smoke. Kathryn said;this will not do, we are a smoke free Hotel and immediately changed our room”. I’ve stayed here before and Kathryn is always cheerful, and makes a difference. GREAT SERVICE!

Breakfast was good. Location was easy access to the main roads. It was quick to get on and off the highway.

The room still had 2 dirty washcloths in it and the tub had water sitting. The bath tub did not drain very well and the water gathered quickly at your feet.

Location. Cleanliness.

That morning we had eggs, gravy and sausage biscuits, waffles and some other packaged breakfast items. The sausage was descent but them eggs were practically inedible. I get it, your cooking for a large amount of guests but they were very dry and spongy and the same time. Gross. Biscuits were good and gravy.

The curtains did not close and we were on the main floor. The view wasn't good - all weeds out our window. I closed the curtains with a clothes hanger. The pool was closed and no mention of that when booking the hotel.

Location was good for our needs.

The tub was two high for a short person. Felt like I was going to fall trying to get in. I'm 75 years old so might be alot of it

We were supposed to stay at a Days Inn, but the Days Inn was disgusting. We had to change hotels last-minute, and Baymont made it so easy. Baymont’s quality and cleanliness was a relief for us.

The bathtub was clean, but there was no plug for the tub, so we couldn’t give our child a bath. The clothes iron was chipping and falling apart. I didn’t have time to ask the staff for a different iron, so I just had to be careful not to let the crumbling black pieces stain our clothes. The only other issue was that a few of the pillows and pillow cases seemed a little dingy, and I wasn’t too thrilled about sleeping on them.

Good location and solid breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. The bathroom, well, not dirty, could’ve used a deeper cleaning, and some of them are hard to reach spaces, which were noticeable from a casual perspective.

Bed was comfy spacious tubs and amazing toiletries love the brand and smell

This is a very friendly, clean, and convenient hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all my questions. However, don't expect a Ritz Carlton type of hotel. That's not what this hotel was designed for. The rooms are functional.

The breakfast was basic. Remember it is a complimentary breakfast. I did not expect much. Its okay to eat there if you are in a hurry. Otherwise, there are nice country-style restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was very pleasant. A good choice of breakfast items.

Everything we used was great. The pool wasn’t available but we wouldn’t have used it. No complaints.
