Since the remodel, very nice room, carpet, couch..everything. We were even able to check in a little early as we needed to get back on the road going to St. Robert to move granddaughter. Check in Lady was very nice and remembered when we were there before and was double charged so she was too make sure that didn't happen again.

I booked through booking.com and paid at that time. When I got an e-receipt from the motel, after checking out, they charged me again. This is the 2nd time this has happened AT THIS SAME MOTEL! It took like 4 weeks to get a refund last time so either I will stop using booking.com or stop staying in that motel! Why does that happen????

The lighting was the brightest that we have enjoyed of the Hampton Inns that we have stayed in. We also liked the wall color behind the beds. That fridge is such a plus!

There are no negatives. From front desk to housekeeping personnel, all were so pleasant and welcoming. Although I understood that there renovations , it wasn’t apparent in the areas for guests.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Check in clerk, not very cordial. spoke with same person on phone prior to arrival and also upon check-in. Just seemed like a grumpy person. he also changed the rate (higher) than my guaranteed rate, but changed it back after I pointed it out. parking first night of stay (TH) was impossible. so many work type trucks/trailers taking up multiple premium parking spots. If trailers had to take up that many spaces, they should have been instructed to parked as far away as possi

nice room. precast concrete construction and floors so very quiet compared to other hotels with wood floors where you hear every move of people above. very friendly greeting upon our late arrival! Made us feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. rarely get that type of friendliness these days.

The staff is always pleasant, and great to deal with. The hotel is always clean quiet and smells nice. Breakfast facilities are nice and food is very good.

There really isn't anything we don't like about the Hampton inn. It's in a nice location and is a great place to stay.

the hot breakfast was not readily available. had to wait quite a long time for eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. to come out. and when some did come out it was not enough for all the guests. If your going to claim to offer free hot breakfast, then do so.

Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was amazing, polite and helpful. Let us check in a little early. Allowed our grandsons to join us for a swim.

Price was high. But we did schedule late for the holiday weekend.

Kylie was the front desk person when we checked in. She told us if we needed anything just let her know. We ordered some take out food but the restaurant had no knives. Asked Kylie if we could get a couple from the breakfast room and she got them right away. She is great asset to the Hampton Inn in Lebanon. I am a Hilton Honors member and do like to point when a great job is done.

Nothing everything was great. So good in fact we booked at the Hampton Inn in Englewood Ohio for tonight.

This location is an excellent location. The staff were friendly, professional and courteous. They were helpful and kind at all times.

There isn't anything that we did not like nor appreciate, everything associated with our stay was good.

location was perfect and right off the highway. well lit and easy to park to check in

no ability to turn on the fan. was very hard to sleep hearing discussions in other nearby rooms and no ambient noise. will be sure we bring a fan or white noise machine next time we come out
