The beds were very comfortable. Most of the staff was nice, very friendly. I didn't get her name, but she worked nights she was absolutely amazing. I didn't realize I had booked a smoking room. She was more than happy to move me without any problem. Also kept checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable.

There wasn't much food at breakfast. A lot of us had to wait, and there still wasn't enough. When asked, she took her time to refill. Anything. The key card kept not opening the door. I had to have my keys rest like 3 times. Having to walk all the way around the building every time.

Location was great. Convenient off and on interstate.

Don’t serve breakfast till 6:30. I’m an early bird and would prefer an earlier start. Also they take up the chairs and stack them on top of the tables after breakfast leaving you no place to sit and relax or have a conversation with others. Had an event scheduled directly across street from hotel that is done every year the weekend after Labor Day and they didn’t seem to be prepared for the larger crowd.

Chairs and couch in the room were dirty and worn. Was a little disconcerting that there was an used empty envelope in the room with a note saying that they hoped our stay was good, almost like a cruise ship where the staff is tipped for keeping the room clean

Very clean and quiet. Easy on/off to the interstate. Desk clerk very friendly and informative.

My only concern was the back security door didn't close all the way. After dinner, I went into the building through that door and ended up pulling it shut behind me when I didn't hear the latch engage.

Older but very clean. They are trying hard with the new pancake machine and upgraded shampoo & conditioner. Well appointed breakfast-good coffee We really enjoyed the BrickHouse Grill next door. Tell them your at at the Super 8 and you get complimentary Frozen Margarita or draft. Food is excellent-the potato wedges were the highlight. (Quartered. Baked then flash fried w Parmesan Cheese blend)

The pool was maintained well. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the location of the pool. I like being able to see it from the 2nd floor.

No elevator. Need more seating for breakfast.

Our room was a mini suite. Loved having a room with a couch. Breakfast was good.

Our bed! It had an indentation in the middle so you rolled to it. Otherwise a great hotel and location

Ice machine broken on main floor and no elevator. As a one step slowly elderly person I was worn out after going upstairs for ice. Side door locked on inside could only use if outside and with room key parked by my room to save steps came in but had to go around building to get to my car next day recovering from surgery and mom who’s 85 with health problems made this a chore to access car easily

The breakfast was OK but the eating area was too crowded. There were not enough chairs for people to sit and eat.

The eating area could have been larger to accommodate the guests. The room air conditioner was quite noisy.

it was very conveniently located, it was nice and clean and extremely quiet.

when we returned on Thursday night at 10:30, the back door was already locked, even though the sign said it was locked at 11:00 pm and there was no key pad. I walked around to the front of the hotel to let everyone else in and told the lady at the desk that it was already locked even though it was only 10:30. She said they always locked it at 10:30 because they have had “problems”. I suggested they change the sign or put in a key card reader so the guests could get in.
