Most comfy bed we have ever had other than a 5 star hotel! We stayed here 9 years ago, also when in MO. Most places seem to go downhill over time, but this was the same as we remembered it. New beds were a plus.

Bathroom should have been much cleaner. Hairs on sink back. Tub is non handicapped, no bars, so I couldn't even get a shower the next morning. It was a bathtub/shower only. Very dangerous.

Everything was fine and a very nice stay. That is why my wife and I stay here whenever we are in Rolla.

There was nothing that I really didn't like. The fact that my wife and I stay here twice a year for the last five years speaks to that fact.

This is a older property and the rooms are small but the owners maximize the comfort with several small touches and two nice chairs. Bed was comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful

My 3rd stay here. Traveling with 24 foot horse trailer and 4 dogs. Owner was very accommodating and friendly

Good location. It was right on our route, didn't have to go out of our way. Booked ahead, so that is nice. Makes it easy.

The room was clean and pleasant smelling. People were friendly. Very good value for the money.

A couple electrical outlets were loose and wouldn't charge phone or computer. Location with rooms facing the busy highway were a little noisy but putting ac/c fan on high helped.

Close to the highway. Easy in and out. Close to eating establishments

When you walked into the room, you could smell that it was clean! The beds were neatly made and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very friendly.
