We were looking for a place to stay near or in Missoula and saw this option. It was less expensive than hotels in Missoula with incredible views and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Ninepipes Lodge is located in a stunning location with mountain views. Staff are very warm, welcoming and quite helpful. The room is beautiful with a rustic look, very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Water pressure is fine. The views from the breakfast room are incredible. The breakfast buffet consisted of cut up fresh fruit bouquet, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. There was cranberry, apple and orange juice too. Hot drinks as well. There is a lounge/ bar area and there are all sorts of taxidermy mounts such as elk, caribou, bison and many others. Nearby is a short unpaved walking path, a store and museum.

The room is a little cramped. There was handicapped parking but the outside door is not automatic which could become an issue for some folks with wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, luggage trolleys, etc.

Breakfast buffet was scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, bacon, potatoes wedges and a big bowl of fresh fruit cocktail. The fruit was fermenting and likely left over from the day before; that bowl was replaced as soon as i mentioned it. The fresh bowl had very nice grapes, watermelon, cantelope. The buffet table looked very nice.

Restaurant menu and meal special discrepancy: husband ordered loaded potato from the menu of side dishes and was charged. 3$ is no big deal but staff needs to know to advise patrons when ordering or it should be stated on the menu. The server was great but overy sensitive when approached. Husband spoke with a manager in the morning and that man threw his staff under the bus. 2 things in thisnsituation: The customer was right, and management should always stand behind their staff.

Our initial room was carpeted and had an outdoor patio with a splendid view. But it smelled a bit musty and I'm allergic to any molds. We were immediately switched to a room without carpet. No view and patio, but considering the allergy issue, it was absolutely perfect, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for the 2 of us. The property includes a wonderful coffee/ice cream/gift shop and a terrific museum of local history w/gift shop. It was fascinating to learn something we'd never even heard about before. Also, the onsite restaurant is excellent and a great value. Highly recommend this place.

It's right on route 93 which was very busy and noisy during the day, (but very quiet at night). That was the only draw back.

We were looking for an inexpensive "overnighter" on our way back home from a roadtrip through Western Canada and Western US. I really like Kalispel but everything was so overpriced for a place to just lay our head and grab a shower in the morning morning that we started searching Booking.com for other places outside Kalispel. We found this place and didn't know what to expect. It's isolated in that there is nothing else around but it's also self contained with a pub and restaurant. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we only expereinced a warm and welcoming atmosphere, super friendly staff and had a great meal in the restaurant - which overlooks a small lake with mountains in the background and wild birds in the trees. Our room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable with great bed and awesome shower. I run a podcast every morning and the WiFi & Desk were perfect! In the morning I went out to the Lobby to grab a morning coffee and decided to sit down on the rustic sofa to have a few sips - and to my surprise and delight - the resdident pooch came over wagging his tail and when I motioned he was welcome, he came up and put his head in my lap like we were old friends!

What's Not To Like? It's a great place, a little remote, but right on our route from Kalispel to I-90 W. It was prerfect, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

This is an absolute gem! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place for prime rib ..it was the special of the day in their restaurant! And whoa! It was amazing, tender and delicious! The aujus wasn't over salted like many places. The veggies were perfectly cooked. Just a very positive experience. Breakfast was eggs, sausage or bacon, potato wedges and good coffee. Nice! Excellent service as well The room was sparkling clean with modern touches. The view of the little lake and mountains was very nice. I had a great night sleep too. 10 out of 10 for Ninepipes Lodge. Thank you and we will be back to experience more great food at your restaurant.

No lounge chair or recliner with a foot stool miss Ed that,the restaurant was great,food & service was excellent ,parking was great.

The fact of your continuing communication by text or email,us old people get tired of that,like when are we checking out,I do not know till it happens,also when making reservation ,I want to do the information,drivers license,car stuff when I get there,for example I lost an hour trying to take a picture of my driver's license, after an hour of frustration,i called you guys & was told that there had been problems with that app.Some off us still expect some simple customer service or a choice of doing that on line or when we get there.

The view cannot be beat. Oscar, the new puppy is certainly learning the ropes, he greeted me with enthusiasm and tail wags. Turtles were in abundance in the pond, as well as geese, ducks and even an otter. The bed is so comfortable, sleep was great. French press coffee and a full breakfast buffet. The soap and shampoo provided is top notch. Location is great near Garden of a Thousand Buddhas, the National.Bison Range and so.much more.

Nothing! This place always is relaxing!

I stayed a total of 10 days over multiple visits and the place grew on me and at the end was sad to go. Yes the highway noise can be challenging, but those rooms on that side are renovated very nicely and are quite functional, (at least the 2 I had) and the noise can be combated by keeping the blower on constant setting. Plus it is a single story hotel so you don't have upstairs noise, so you avoid that problem other hotels have. In the end I coped and I am a light sleeper. The restaurant is impressive quality, not that expensive for the area, and stunning view.

Breakfast included with room needs to run later than 9am, especially given how late flights get in in the area and that paid breakfast continues later. Sometimes lack of good information/decision-making from staff, and also understaffed in restaurant (but those that are there are working super hard and are pleasant).
