This was a great find. It is an older property, but with new owners who are working hard to update and modernize it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The exterior of the property still needs some cosmetic improvements, but it’s clear that the owners have prioritized the guest rooms. Breakfast was satisfactory. The location was convenient, easily accessible, and had plenty of parking for our drift boat. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating.
It needs an exterior paint job, so we were a bit concerned when we first saw it.

We were traveling with our infant and when we checked in we were upgraded for free to a room with a bigger bed that was further from other occupied rooms. We really appreciated this courtesy as our infant was pretty noisy that night. This motel is on the cheaper end of places to stay in Dillon, but it was nice place that exceeded all expectations for the price.

The property was updated a few years back and is holding on the inside meaning the rooms beds still good, pillows good, towels getting ratty. Outside is extremely showing wear on paint, doors, dirty cement. No place to put dog poop or bags...used to supplythem? Breakfast good. Like this location it is quiet and safe. I think the long term people staying there trash it which is sad.
Dirty outside of rooms...hose down the spills or pee? A little maintenance and attention this property will stay intact. Peeling, chipping paint. Toilet showing rust under rim which means not properly cleaned

Didn't have much time for breakfast as they didn't open until 6:45 AM.very soft towels very pleasant and responsive staff room is nice sized but. needs more furniture The place looks brand new but when I asked it's apparently only under new management. They have done a good job. internet is between 12-15mb/sec location is pleasant and somewhat secluded

Simple, plain, and friendly old-fashioned motel. Nice location and easy with a dog. I've stayed before on a work trip and chose it again while passing through on vacation.
There is a charge for pets, contrary to the info on Booking.com, so that should be updated. Also, the room lacked an overhead light (so very dark) and the bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off.

Very delicious. Nice selection. Clean and fully stock. Staff very helpful.
the room we stayed in was very clean and appeared to have been newly updated.loved the balance in the room. The backside of the door in bathroom needed cleaning, in addition to the floor behind the door. That was the only thing.

The accommodations were intended as a quick overnight stay and in the morning away. I booked the cheapest room. It was spartan, but impeccably clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. The continental breakfast tasty and filling with a variety of options.

The room was clean and spacious. The room had blackout curtains and laminate flooring. The trilight lamps turned on with a touch. There were lots of plus near the beds for charging. Breakfast included nice, hot scrambled eggs and sausages as well as oatmeal, yogurt, waffles and breads. Our stay was good value.
Due to the recent snow, melt, freeze cycle, the parking lot was very icy. It was not safe to walk into town for a meal, although it was only 2-3 blocks. That is not the hotel's issue, just an challenge when traveling in the winter.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast they served in the morning had decent options(cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee). The staff was also very nice and accommodating, we were gonna arrive after their normal check out times but they made sure we had access to our room key.
It was a ways off of the freeway but that’s not a big deal at all, it was still easy to find.
