This Holiday Inn is one of the cleanest and best managed Holiday Inn’s we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! It is very well managed offering a fantastic and convenient location with great access to Makoshika State Park and local restaurants. The on-site pool and spa is at the perfect temperature and was spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff who greeted us and checked us in made our stay memorable - shout out to Patrick especially, you were a pleasure to chat with and helped us out with our stay! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the onsite parking was safe and secure. A great stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again - the breakfast was a particular highlight! It was really well managed with a great selection!

The hotel was very nice! The lobby was very inviting. The front desk staff was friendly. Our room was a great size as was the bathroom. My kids enjoyed the pool. We were walking distance to multiple eateries. And also walking distance to a really neat Dinosaur Museum which was awesome because our son is a huge fan! But our entire family actually enjoyed it! It's a small town, but this is a great place to stay if you happen to be passing through!

Only dislike was it was the 4th game of the Stanley Cup Finals and although the TV guide they gave us said we had ESPN and ABC, neither channel was available. Which was unfortunate as we're big hockey fans. But that was seriously the only the smallest inconvenience!

Staff was pleasant, helpful, polite. Rooms were clean. Pool and hot tub functioning, including access to a shower/restroom from the pool area. Nice laundry area, only $1 each machine, very reasonable and clean. Walking distance to a cafe that had good food.

Hallway carpet could use better vacuuming in the corners. Beds were comfortable but too soft for my liking. Bedding was clean but very warm. Breakfast didn't start until 6:30. We planned road time with a 6am breakfast. While none of this is bad, it was the only downfall.

Convenient location just off the freeway with friendly and helpful staff. They gave us recommendations for a restaurant close by which was excellent. The morning breakfast was warm and plentiful with lots of choices.

The staff was so nice and accommodating when we needed stuff for our room they always had smiles on there faces

You could easily enjoy fresh decaf or reg coffee anytime from the convenient Costa coffee machine, which grinds the beans for every cup.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Small gym but worked well for what was needed.

Restaurant options for dinner were not plentiful and required driving.

It was nice to find a nice hotel in this remote area. Rooms were comfortable after a long day of driving. Staff was friendly.
