Breakfast was good

I came from Canada to enjoy Rocky Boy Celebrations and I am retired on pension. I have been coming for the last 17 years mainly to spend this time with my only grandchild and have stayed at Quality Inn/Townhouse for quite a few of those years. I am disgusted with the Jack in your prices just for that weekend, like the natives are being penalized to bring your losses due to Covid back up to par. Because of your rate increase it broke me for the month and am struggling till my end of month pension. To boot you do not offer senior rates, or Canadian rates whatsoever! I am too old to camp and prefer to stay at a hotel, so totally disgusted with the hotels in Havre, Montana.

The rooms were furnished nicely and and the beds super comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating, the pool was the perfect temperature, and overall it was all really relaxing.

The walls in the room weren’t super nice, a few cracks and not good Sheetrocking job. Also maybe some gluten-free options for breakfast would be nice. If you’re looking for a “nice” hotel based on looks I would not recommend this one

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

The refrigerator went on in the middle of the night and woke me up. That's a minor thing.

staff was very helpful in helping me re-connect with AMTRAK which cancelled a train due to snow -- motel had a very good pool which I swam in twice -- good breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, orange juice, ability to take stuff from breakfast area back to rooms to microwave - packets of oatmeal, coffee, muffins - TV was good, many channels - town is very friendly, scenic and historic -- I like walking around, which I did though it was very cold

weather was bitter cold, but that is Montana - I can deal with it, being from Wisconsin -- motel is a mile from downtown, but price is low - I do not like not difficulty in posting photos of place - I guess I am not versed in putting up photos on Booking.com (though I have done it many times in past) - I tried it with .jpeg download but it didn't work -- too bad - I had good photos, from film - I worked on it for 30 minutes - maybe I'll send photos to motel

The breakfast was above average for the free breakfast offered by many hotel.

Above average cleanliness. The room needs refreshing but everything was tidy and clean.

Although high priced for the quality. The rooms have been remodeled and it looks awesome! But the wall as could have been redone as well. I love the no carpet in the rooms. The floors give it a higher quality feel but the carpet in the hallways not so much. The hot tub should be ripped out and the pool taken down.

We had issues with our key cards. Three times we could not get into our room.

Breakfast was okay food was not hot enough. Location was great. The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The hotel needs to refresh/update rooms--countertop in bathroom had a chunk of arborite torn off.

The friendly staff member that checked us in.. She was amazing and working a double shift. We had her all weekend and she was the best. She gave us directions to everywhere that we needed to go. My room was amazing. She switched me to a different room because in the first room the remote to the room was missing. And she didn't have the help to find another one. She basically was running things on her own! Thank you for everything to the front desk lady.

Nothing that I can think of. Only the fact that people don't want to work and the front desk person was short handed. I felt bad for her but she did awesome.

Beds comfy:)

No water in vending machines. Basic upkeep of the bathroom sub par. The caulking and bathroom walls in desperate need of repair.
