The location was just what we wanted quiet but close to good food and a 10 minute walk to down town. We was on motorbikes and had a storm coming they allowed us to park our bikes under the overhang at the entrance.The staff was very accommodating and very helpful, no taxi service in town and had to be at the start poing for marathon, manager gave me a lift at 04:30, rooms very clean will stay again.Breakfast is pretty good and the coffee is always availiable at front desk.

They advertise as gym but it isn't its a 4 piece set of weighted dumbells and a mat. Pool is cold and more like a hot tub size and sauna takes almost 45 mins to warm up and still no sweat, hot tub didn't work and looked like hidden in years

I came from Canada to enjoy Rocky Boy Celebrations and I am retired on pension. I have been coming for the last 17 years mainly to spend this time with my only grandchild and have stayed at Quality Inn/Townhouse for quite a few of those years. I am disgusted with the Jack in your prices just for that weekend, like the natives are being penalized to bring your losses due to Covid back up to par. Because of your rate increase it broke me for the month and am struggling till my end of month pension. To boot you do not offer senior rates, or Canadian rates whatsoever! I am too old to camp and prefer to stay at a hotel, so totally disgusted with the hotels in Havre, Montana.

The room was clean but cold so we turned off the air conditioner and we were fine. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was good but the juice machine wasn't working properly. Coffee was dark but better than McDonald's!

Juice machine was struggling, pool looks out of service but we weren't going to use it anyway and the price was high on a Friday night at almost $200 usd taxes in.

I always stay here. Location is great, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, the lady taking care of the breakfast was so sweet. I enjoy the trains and watching different ones. I didn't hear trains during night, room was quiet.

Pool wasn't working, had pump problems, but I hadn't planned on using it.

The rooms were furnished nicely and and the beds super comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating, the pool was the perfect temperature, and overall it was all really relaxing.

The walls in the room weren’t super nice, a few cracks and not good Sheetrocking job. Also maybe some gluten-free options for breakfast would be nice. If you’re looking for a “nice” hotel based on looks I would not recommend this one

There was good options in the breakfast. They have good parking space around the building and is close to many restaurants.

One has to take stairs to reach second floor so it is hard for someone traveling with many baggage.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

The refrigerator went on in the middle of the night and woke me up. That's a minor thing.

The breakfast was above average for the free breakfast offered by many hotel.

Above average cleanliness. The room needs refreshing but everything was tidy and clean.

We had issues with our key cards. Three times we could not get into our room.

Although high priced for the quality. The rooms have been remodeled and it looks awesome! But the wall as could have been redone as well. I love the no carpet in the rooms. The floors give it a higher quality feel but the carpet in the hallways not so much. The hot tub should be ripped out and the pool taken down.
