The breakfast was good with several choices. Location of the property was perfect for our routing through Montana. It's an older property but rooms were very comfortable.

The outside stairs were a bit problematic for two seniors with luggage, one of whom recently had hip replacement surgery but no ground floor rooms were available so we managed. It was raining and we felt very vulnerable on wet metal stairs but they did have handrails on both sides. It's an older property so we understood the situation and the lady who checked us in made sure we were okay.

The breakfast was great. Omelettes, french toast, bacon, cereal, muffins. It was great. We also loved the conversation with other inn-mates! The staff was excellent, room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We stayed here last minute as we were driving south and not entirely sure where we would end up. It worked out perfectly. Thank you!!

still a great value, but when I called to compare in house prices vs. booking.com prices, in house prices were more expensive. When I logged back onto booking.com to book they had raised the price. So do not call to try and help the property out by booking directly, they will just raise the price once you are off the phone. Not a big deal, just felt like it was shady

The room was spacious and had a sink and mirror outside the bathroom, which I love. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which was handy. There were even hot homemade cookies when we checked in! It was a bit noisy outside, since it was the 4th of July with fireworks and traffic, but we slept good.

My only concern was that the hot water took a long time to get to the sink, and it didn’t drain well.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Right in the middle of town so short walk to restaurants or stores/groceries. Very affordable.

Just a suggestion, bathroom needs an exhaust fan. No way for steam from shower or anyone stinking up the bathroom can get out.

Autumn's Inn does not try to imitate the expensive big brands, but it does serve superbly for its location on Hwy 12 in central Montana. You can't do better in cow country. They serve hot breakfast on table cloth, and they constantly clean and pick up. For travelers needing a snack, they bake pizza and serve up ice cream.

Nothing worth mentioning.

I stayed for 1 night and it wasn’t as pretty as a big chain but there was nothing any different than what you would get at a big chain hotel. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean, It was quiet. What else can you ask for

$97.00 a night in a small town I thought was kind of steep, but everything is expensive now days. Costs a lot to operate a hotel I’m sure

Good value motel. The TV has lots of stations and the beds were comfy. The space was clean and quiet and we felt rested after a night there.

The front staff could have been friendlier and the breakfast should consider some people have allergies to egg/dairy

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The Staff was exceptional as was the pizza and ice cream. Breakfast was great! Enjoyed visiting with the couple that work there.

Our satellite TV was not working and took a couple of hours to get that resolved.

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was always good. There was a large grass area for your dogs to use.
