The breakfast was good with several choices. Location of the property was perfect for our routing through Montana. It's an older property but rooms were very comfortable.

The outside stairs were a bit problematic for two seniors with luggage, one of whom recently had hip replacement surgery but no ground floor rooms were available so we managed. It was raining and we felt very vulnerable on wet metal stairs but they did have handrails on both sides. It's an older property so we understood the situation and the lady who checked us in made sure we were okay.

The room was spacious and had a sink and mirror outside the bathroom, which I love. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which was handy. There were even hot homemade cookies when we checked in! It was a bit noisy outside, since it was the 4th of July with fireworks and traffic, but we slept good.

My only concern was that the hot water took a long time to get to the sink, and it didn’t drain well.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Right in the middle of town so short walk to restaurants or stores/groceries. Very affordable.

Just a suggestion, bathroom needs an exhaust fan. No way for steam from shower or anyone stinking up the bathroom can get out.

Autumn's Inn does not try to imitate the expensive big brands, but it does serve superbly for its location on Hwy 12 in central Montana. You can't do better in cow country. They serve hot breakfast on table cloth, and they constantly clean and pick up. For travelers needing a snack, they bake pizza and serve up ice cream.

Nothing worth mentioning.

I stayed for 1 night and it wasn’t as pretty as a big chain but there was nothing any different than what you would get at a big chain hotel. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean, It was quiet. What else can you ask for

$97.00 a night in a small town I thought was kind of steep, but everything is expensive now days. Costs a lot to operate a hotel I’m sure

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The Staff was exceptional as was the pizza and ice cream. Breakfast was great! Enjoyed visiting with the couple that work there.

Our satellite TV was not working and took a couple of hours to get that resolved.

It was a very comfortable place. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

The mattress felt so good. I slept very well, but it slopes to the middle. My husband had trouble getting comfortable, because he kept rolling to the middle. Regardless, I enjoyed the mattress. There was support, yet softness. The last motel we stayed at, the mattress was like a board.

I had booked for the wrong date & the owner was very helpful & able to provide us with a room -& it sounded like there wasn't much available in town. The facility is clean & seeks to provide everything you might expect in a newer or well known motel. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The A/C unit provided white noise to cover any other sound coming through the wall.. The breakfast was good, and they are also the local Pizza 'Restaurant' with good pizza!

The building is older and some simple updating is needed in the room eg remove the disconnected old phone set and the welcome folder with old info.

The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was always good. There was a large grass area for your dogs to use.

Good breakfast coffee was strong but I like weak coffee. The people were great.

The price change when I checked you guys for price it was 69 and when I booked a couple hours later it wS 77 don't like the change. I've booked with other companies and they kept the price that was offered. So I don't know if I will book with you again.
