The staff was wonderful. They greeted you from the minute. You came into the door to the moment you checked out. It was the staff that made our stay so absolutely wonderful. Especially the young girl that worked in the evenings and the one that worked mornings and the gentleman that workedon the weekends and days went out of their way to make her stay absolutely fabulous thank you so much, all the staff at best Western gold Prairie Inn in Sydney, Montana

Everything was very, very clean and nice there wasn’t anything to dislike about the property

Breakfast had good potatoes and eggs. Was accommodating when had to add a person to the room for 1 night we stayed 2 and paid for 3 people for 2 nights, did not ask about a refund for the 1 person for the second night.

When I returned to the room the door was left unlocked. Bed was a bit hard. Sausage was a little spicy in the breakfast burrito.

Stayed with my 2 daughters and my sister for 2 days. The breakfast was incredible. Really hope they don't change it like I was told they might. I wouldn't be back if it changes. The staff were absolutely amazing!! The gentleman who shuttled us to and from the airport was a great man.

Bathroom door didn't latch shut

The property was very clean, rooms were large and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also amazing. We came as a large family with several rooms and they were so kind and accommodating to us and let us have a gathering space as well. It could not have been better. Bonus points for the fresh cookies every day.

AC didn't seem to be working very well. The room was fairly warm and made for tough sleeping. The parking is pretty tight if you're pulling a trailer

The breakfast was amazing and more than generous. Our room was handicapped accessible and the walk in shower was great. This is definitely our place to stay while traveling or attending events.

The hot tub wasn't working. There were no pool towels available. The lamp shade in our room was damaged. ( i reported it!)

Great location with plenty of parking. Friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable, spacious rooms. This motel was as good as any of the others that we stayed in, but was much cheaper. Great value for money!
