Great little motel. Nice, clean, rooms with an excellent staff that goes away above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for during your stay. It's next to impossible to find a gem like the lone tree. And the icing on the cake? The price!! Clean, comfortable rooms, per friendly, free WiFi, ice and vending, located in the heart is town for less than 100 a night! Can't say enough good things. I will stay there every time I'm in town and I'll brag them up to whomever will listen.

This was a very clean, quiet, well run dog friendly budget motel great breakfast

All rooms entered onto hallway so couldn't walk into room directly from parked car. No elevator but we stayed on the 1st floor.

It was nice and quiet but only a few rooms occupied. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, so that was very helpful.

They only have staff available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. If you need anything apart from that time you have to go next door to the other Motel

It was near the gas station. I didn’t have to start the car to go anywhere

I had no problem with the property at all. And packed I’m gonna stay at there again.

found hair in ice bucket & tub. was nobody working at front desk so had to go next door to Best Western to check in

It was a very nice stay for weekend out of the blue and I've never been there before in my past!

Wanted to know if there was a pool accessible over the weekend and did not get to ask

For the price it was good.

Staff was hard to find at both check in and check out. My room had no towels in it at all. But not bad for the price.
