Staff friendly and helpful: when I had problems with the chair in my room, they came right away to investigate, and then replaced it; ditto when I had problems with the clock. Good desk space and chair (once replaced); good lighting throughout room. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Heat works well. No problems with wi-fi. Shower OK, though I wouldn't have minded a little less water conservation.

Motel undergoing renovation, so there were some minor hiccups, but the staff quickly and courteously fixed them. No major complaints here.

Staff and owners are super friendly, super helpful. I work overnights and they never rush me to checkout at 11 or 12. I also enjoy the gaming machines in the lobby. Breakfast is similar to holiday inn, lots of choices! They are working on remodel. Beds are super comfy. I actually stay at this hotel every weekend. They accommodate my day sleeping! Definitely give it a try!

Excellent room. Temperature control worked well. Adequate desk space, with electrical outlets within reach. No problems with wi-fi. Good lighting throughout room: at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. Bed comfortable: mattress firm but not too hard, pillows good. Hot water arrived promptly at shower. Staff courteous and helpful.

Great stay! Booked the suite with the jetted tub and it was fabulous. It's a large double room with the tub and a viewing area for the flat screen TV on the wall in an area to the side of the bed and bathroom. Bed was comfy, breakfast is the first time I've experienced cheese omelets, sausage and biscuits and gravy at a hotel breakfast. Along with all the breakfast standard fare, cereal, rolls, juice, etc. If you want a fun night for a couple the suite is definitely the way to go!

IT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, REMODELS TAKE TIME. THE STAFF WAS FREINDLY. BREAKFAST WAS SERVED STARTING AT 5:00 AM. FACILITIES WERE MUCH NICER THAN HOTEL WE NORMALLY STAY AT IN ALLIANCE. PARKING FOR A VEHICLE AND TRAILER WAS GOOD.

THE ELECTRIC OUTLET OUTSIDE ON POLE COULD USE A LITTLE TLC. IF THEY INSTALLED AN OUTLET ON EVERY OTHER LIGHT POLE, MY BASS CLUB WOULD FOR SURE STAY THERE WHEN THERE IS A TOURNAMENT GOING ON.

Breakfast was amazing, it was a bountiful spread ! Biscuit and gravy, eggs and bacon yogurt with about eight healthy toppings, cereals, toast, sweet rolls to name a few. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and finding places in the community to eat. They seem to really enjoy their job. The hotel was very clean, updated and comfortable. I will certainly Stay there again.

The staff is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. I stayed multiple times for work and they always remembered me from times before. I will always recommend the Alliance Hotel & Suites to anyone traveling in the area. Did I mention how great the staff is!!!!

The Alliance Hotel had four great qualities: 1. It was very clean! 2. The staff went out of their way to be friendly! 3. The price was right! 4. Breakfast was wonderful!

Breakfast was awesome!! Hot and cold items included. We loved it! Room was very clean. Bed was comfy.

AC wasn't working properly. Compressor never came on during the night. Room got warm and stuffy. When the room is booked, they need to let you know THEN how much extra they will charge for a pet to stay. It significantly impacts the total cost.

Great rooms! Everything was clean and super nice. There were many options for breakfast and staff was friendly. It was evident the staff took pride in their hotel and service to their customers. Highly recommend this hotel!
