Kind staff.
Breakfast service wasn't so good, but due to no fault of the owners. Their kitchen and breakfast area was destroyed by a drunk driver. It would have been nice to know that breakfast was not a real option. I paid extra for breakfast expecting a typical hotel breakfast, but was handed a frozen breakfast sandwich, and juice box. Bathroom was a little dated, but serviceable and clean.

The rooms were recently updated, fresh paint, new flooring, new tv's. It was very clean and smelled clean too! The owner was very friendly every time I interacted with her.
The beds were cheap and hard. I'm sure with all the recent upgrades the probably needed to budget to upgrade mattresses too. I'm a big guy so I like a softer bed. Not something that would prevent me from staying there again, but it's definitely something the owners might want to invest in.

It was a very clean room and clean area. The looks on the outside can be deceiving but the rooms seem to be totally updated and comfortable.
The room was not carpeted but then again, that is sometimes cleaner than carpet. The bottom of the tub was stained but just stained, not dirty. There was not a breakfast. The TV was pretty small to be viewed by both beds.

Great little place in the middle of nowhere. We were grateful to be able to stop at a clean and comfortable motel on our drive through the back roads. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was fantastic.
Not that it was a problem because we left very early to get back out on the road, but there isn't breakfast to get you started.

The room was nice. I did notice something spilled on the wall behind the nightstand, but overall, it was very clean. The towels were the best, nice and fluffy.

Owners were down to earth, genuine and helpful! Facilities are old but the room was clean and comfortable. Great shower!
The heater/air conditioner kept turning on and off every few seconds.

I love the updated rooms and friendly owners! I love staying here when I go to visit family in Arapahoe. We will stay here again and again for sure!
