This is a small town property with a 5 star property behavior. We have stayed in many hotels in many towns around the world. This location competes with anywhere we have stayed. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, great amenities.

Really nothing but they could spray the grass patch behind the property for mosquitoes. They were very heavy in back when we took our pup for a walk.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The Bed was Amazing and the pillows even better. I LOVE the large, walk in shower. I didn't feel cramped. Lots of lighting and tons of ports for electronics. Impressive. Quiet and warm

I have zero complaints. My room was a little chilly when I walked in but it warmed up quickly.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a week while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices. The laundry, treadmill, and pool were added advantages. This was a happy place to stay. Joy M.

Room was very nice and clean. Beds were quite comfortable.

Trying to get to it was a challenge. Google Maps had us going through what looked like an industrial plant on a non-existent dirt road. When we thought we had found the right (paved!) road, it ended up being a different parking lot and had to go over a curb to get to the hotel. We finally figured out the best route was to go through a different parking lot of a strip mall to access the hotel.

I liked pretty much everything!

My only complaint is that the water has too much softener in it because once I put my conditioner on my hair in the shower, I started really sliding all over the place and almost slipped & fell. Then my 5 year old son took a shower after me & he almost slipped & fell too!

I love the fact that you have nightlights in the bathrooms. It isn't the first time we have stayed here and wanted to do it again. We really like the back view of the hotel.

There were a few hot selections.

The eggs seemed fake, except the hard-boiled eggs, which were over cooked. The bacon was salty. The breakfast burritos were only luke warm.

Location between Badlands and Fort Collins makes this a good break point. Very clean. Great staff. Great local Mexican restaurant nearby. Complimentary breakfast accommodated everyone’s needed and was good.

Clean rooms and bedbug policy in force. Foood was good and plentiful. Staff was helpful for directions. We slept well and know where to go to stay. Thanks again.

We liked everything! Facilities were excellent, the staff friendly, and it was the best value lodging we found out of 6 total stays on a long trip.
