It was a clean facility and staff were friendly. My grandson left his tablet in the room and we called the front desk and by the time we pulled up it was at the front desk waiting for us. And the motel was full for the night which was known for several weeks due to a celebration at the fort.

The poor gal on the morning of 9/1/24 she was trying to keep the breakfast items stocked and run the front desk and help the housekeepers get their carts loaded for the day. Items were gone or very low for the breakfast. When I made the reservation I asked for a first floor room. We were put on the 2nd floor without an elevator. I have a fractured ankle and usually my 83 year old mother comes and she couldn't do steps. I was very disappointed.

The room was comfortable, as was the bed. Quiet for sleeping. The staff we dealt with were pleasant. The breakfast provided was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The only think not so good was the truck starting up outside our window about 5:30 am. Not the fault of the Inn or staff!. We'd stay there again if we were in the area and needed lodging.

Hard to roll your suitcase through parking lot into hotel, guess they didn’t think of that. same for the doors with a suitcase it is a pain. Gym is small but they got some dumbbells and a elliptical and treadmill, that’s pretty good for a small town.

Staff was fantastic! Pet friendly and price was right. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a later check out time. Really great staff. My daughter left a pair of earrings and they called us as soon as they found them. Fortunately we had not left town yet and were able to go back and get them.

No indoor pool. But not a deal breaker

Comfortable beds and great breakfast. The shower had excellent pressure and lots of hot water. It was very quiet.

No elevator.

Bathroom fan was loud and on the same switch as the light, so couldn’t turn the fan off separately.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The coffee maker and refrigerator made our stay easier. This hotel is very clean and the grounds really nice. I also appreciate them being pet friendly!

It was not clear what the pet fees were when booking from booking.com and the $25/night was high. I dont mind paying a small additional fee but the per night adds up. I would appreciate more transparency up front on those additional charges.

Selection was satisfactory.

Room was a little small and too crowded.

The property was clean and well appointed.

I would have liked a pool for the children.
