Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Check out time is 12pm but we had house keeping try to open our door two times in a row when it was obviously slamming into the privacy latch both times. One time would have been understandable but two times in a row when the door obviously started to open and was stopped by the privacy latch (it made a loud noise) seemed invasive and weird. They did not have the option in our room to put out a “do not disturb” sign like most hotels do. Being awakened in such a way when we’re trying to get rest before another day of driving to put it lightly sucked. We suggest just telling front desk if you are planning to stay later in the morning or until check out to avoid this.

Couldn't have asked for more friendly staff! The woman checking me in was fast and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was phenomenal and exceeded expectations. Definitely better than the common Continental style breakfast that hotels used to get away with. Definitely recommend staying here!

Everything in the room was great! A few things that could have been better, the construction of the shower door would have been better had it been located on the otherside. You have to get in the shower to turn the shower on. If the door was on the other side then you could turn on the shower and adjust as necessary, including putting a hook on the wall next to the shower door to hang your towel. Having a better seal along the bottom would prevent leaking of water. Having a wall mount tv would have been more beneficial. When laying in bed watching television, you cannot see the entire TV screen. Maybe consider hanging the TV up on the wall for better/easier viewing. More than 1 luggage cart. We used the cart to take our luggage in, but at checkout, so many people were checking out at the same time and the cart was not available. Breakfast time should be available for all customers. Most people are up and back to traveling by 7am. If you could start your breakfast at 6am atleast have fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice, toast, just basics available at 6am, those who work or early birds that want to get a head start on traveling can atleast have something in their stomachs and not drive hungry. Overall enjoyed our quick stay.

As listed above. Snow removal could have been better. Due to blowing snow and blizzard conditions occurring, it could have been difficult, but nobody was out trying to keep areas clear.

The location was great. The thermostat in the room was responsive.

The only thing that I would have improve on is putting a bathmat or anti-slip strips in the shower because the bathtub was slippery. There were also no grab-bars in the shower.

We were doing a cross country trip and just needed a place to crash for the night, we were looking for 2 budget rooms for us and our kids and the rooms were way nicer than we expected. Awesome value for the price. My wife is a professional cleaner and for once had no negative observations.

Walking into the hotel, you could see staff takes pride in the appearance of the hotel. Every staff member we interacted with was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was so comfortable and inviting and it smelled so nice. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!

The pool could use a good cleaning, water was very cloudy and we decided not to swim.

My husband and I have found all Comfort Inns to be clean and comfortable. But in this one there were no towel racks and I was not happy. I don’t know if this is a new trend but please include towels racks in the bathrooms. I’d hate to reconsider Comfort Inns as not a pleasant place to book. Thank you for the otherwise good service and good facilities.

The breakfast was standard but there was plenty to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was in good shape.

Even though I connected to the wifi, I had trouble accessing things on my phone. The internet connection wasn't great.

Electrical storm knocked out the elevator stranding my heavily handicapped sister in her third floor accessible room for overnight and half the next day. They NEED a better plan than “we’ve called the elevator repair guy several times, he hasn’t called back yet”

The room was very comfortable. The rest of the facility was clean and offered all amenities a traveler could want. The breakfast was very good and offered a variety of selections.

The blackout drapes still let some light in. They could have been a touch longer, which I think would solve the problem. Other than that minor detail very thing was perfect.
